John and his staff are always above and beyond when it comes to getting my truck the service it needs and advising me about future needs. He let me know my battery was in need of replacing and saved me a trip and took care of it while he had it. I really appreciate how they look out for my interest!
2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Autocenters Nissan was easy to work with. Our salesman Bryan was knowledgeable and worked with us to finalize the sale. Good experience.
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

OMG!! This dealership and all the staff treat us like FAMILY! Traded our Nissan today for a SUPERB new Kicks and Don Baker, our salesman demonstrated customer care and compassion all through the process. Most "painless" car purchase ever! 5 stars is not enough--10 is more like it!! Thank you, thank you, thankyou!!!
2023 Kia Carnival review
We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Took my daughter to get her first car on her own! Sent her while I was a work to test drive. She said Nate, Darren, and Jeff were so nice to her. She felt so comfortable, all her questions were answered and she didn't feel pressure to make a choice. Later I joined to view car and paperwork. I was greeted as I entered and pass any of the staff! Thank you for the amazing experience with my daughter's first grown up purchase on her own. I will be sending everyone I know your way for a new Kia. My daughter loves the car too! Thank you again Nate, Darren, Jeff and the entire HW Kia team!
2022 Kia Carnival review
We have owned a 2022 Kia Carnival for 4 years and currently have 92,000+ miles on it. We purchased the vehicle new and we have been very happy with our choice. There is plenty of room for all passengers and cargo associated. The variable modes give a piece of mind when entering highway or when acceleration is needed. The ECO mode allows for great gas mileage on highway and in the city. The convenience of technology within reach of the driver without having to move hands away from the steering wheel makes for a safe ride. If I had to make any improvements it would be allowing for aftermarket top rails for cargo on the roof (which was currently only offered on the Prestige model), and decrease the highway road noise. This noise is far superior to other makes and models, however, does present a distraction when traveling long distances. Overall, a great choice in an alternative to a mini van. It allows for the convenience of a minivan with the power and accessibility of a crossover SUV.

2023 Kia Carnival review
15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood review
I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I wanted to replace it with a new Nissan Rogue, it the car dealership that I got my last one at was no very anxious to help me find one since I hadn’t received the check from th insurance co. yet. Todd Eversgerd went out of his way to find a car, get the extras that we wanted installed on it, kept in contact with me re: when the car was delivered and the work was done, etc. He even went so far as to try to match the color of paint on the number of our license plate that had been scraped off during the accident! Eva’s very professional and went above and beyond in all aspects. When we got there, he was busy with someone else across the street at the VW dealership, so he had Matt help us wile he was over there. Matt also was excellent. He went over everything that Todd had written down including giving us the manuals, having us watch the videos, introducing us to the finance manager. Afterward,Matt took us out to the car went over everything about the car,and programmed our phones into the car. He then called Todd so Todd could make sure we didn’t have any other questions. I have never had anyone go to the lengths that stood went to make car buying so easy. Will definitely be back for our next car!

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

The staff could not have been better. They did not play games. they knew what they were talking about. They offered me more for my trade than 4 other St. Peters / West / South County Dealers included Lou Fusz, Bommarito and Sinclaire. They stayed late to get it done and even went to buy batteries for my remote. They also have the FOREVER warranty that is amazing bumper to bumper as long as you own the car. Totally worth the drive. These guys were so easy to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They even have concierge service for free including bringing you a rental even for routine maintenance! You won't find a better deal, better people, or better service in St. Louis...maybe anywhere. Can not say how impressed I am with these folks. After weeks of car shopping they closed the deal with style! Thanks guys!
2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid review
Bought in Dec 2024 with a great deal. We needed a new car to support 3 car seats. The two choices in the category are mainly between the Sienna and the Carnival. Why we chose the Carnival: Availability: You had to pre-order a Sienna or wait 6-9 months to get one. Pricing: The Sienna was on average $10k higher with comparable features and no ability to negotiate down the pricing. Driving: The Carnival is quite speedy off the line given it is a hybrid. We live in a very hilly area (Colorado). The Sienna really struggled and was very loud going up normal hills. Looks: The Carnival looks like an SUV (Chevy Traverse). The Sienna looks like your typical minivan. The Pearl white color is especially beautiful up close. Tech: Large entertainment screen makes reading text / maps very easy. Rear seat camera is nice to see what the kids are doing. Wireless charger, bluetooth CarPlay work great. Expanded rear view camera. Things we wish the Carnival had: AWD: The Sienna is available with AWD (although no models on the lot had it). Instead of AWD we spent $1700 on snow tires, which typically perform better than AWD and all-seasons tires. Auto-dimming mirror / Homelink in the EX trim. I purchased an OEM and installed it myself for ~$275. The dealer price was around $800. Sure wish a $40k car came with an auto dimming mirror when it comes with a rear seat camera! Concerns: Kia has that nice 10 year warranty, but I'm not sure how well the interior will hold up to 3 kids under 5. The Kia connect app also did not work upon purchase and it requires a factory reset at the dealer Overall: Happy with our purchase. It looks like an SUV but has the space and maneuverability of a minivan. It's fast off the line for a car that gets 36 MPG. It's got the tech of more expensive car. Given Toyota's significant number of recalls, I wouldn't default to Toyota as being the safer / nicer option. I don't think it is worth the extra $.

We have had our Carnival for a few weeks now and we are loving it! The only complaint i have is we have the seat package and the middle seats are a little hard for the kids to slide up and back into position. The new stile of the dash and controls is very user friendly.
