My husband drove volvos for years and sold his last one a few months ago. we purchased a different car and right from the start had problems - it was NOT a volvo and the dealership was NOT helpful and ultimately I suggested we trade for a volvo v60. he said he did not want the hassle. I said I would do it. so I drove to volvo on a saturday afternoon, had the pleasure of working with Ralph D'Angelo and Matt Anderson, and at the end of the day drove the car, the pre-owned nifty volvo v60 home! it could not have been easier, it could not have been more pleasant - everyone at this dealership was fantastic, professional, dedicated to getting us in the right car and making the trade happen that day. no angst, no dickering... good questions and conversation and a fabulous car at the end of the day. I cannot recommend Ralph and his team highly enough. thank you.
We did not end up purchasing our car here, mostly because of a scheduling/inventory mismatch and we were on a tight timeline. But, we did look here, and I have to say that they have, hands-down, the best and most responsive email team. I hate car shopping, and especially hate shopping for a used car -- it often feels like we are not as valued by dealerships. There's not a lot of negotiation room these days, with Internet pricing, and we came to find out that the pricing at BerlinCity is incredibly competitive. Both the sales associate and general manager went above and beyond in messages with us, and while the deal didn't come together this time, I can say without hesitation that we will start our search here next time.
I needed just a basic-oil-change and switch-out-seasonal-tires, planned my appt for 7am so I could get to work directly afterward, was told it could take 1.5-2hrs, let Norberto know my need to get to work on time, he listened but said it might be possible it would be 8:30am when they finished, halfway thru appt he let me know they were willing to give me a loaner if it was getting close to 8:30am + if that was the case they were willing to do the airbag recall during the day while I was at work so I didn't have to come back next wk, LUCKILY it did not get to that point, I'm assuming they hustled (greatly appreciated), and my car was ready + I was at work with 10min to spare! Thank you!!
After going to several dealerships I stopped in at Rowe Hyundai and was greeted by Jason Burns. He printed me out some info on the car I wanted, never putting pressure on me to buy right then. He said when I was ready to buy stop back in and he would help me find what I wanted. So forward 3 months later. I went back to see Jason. He got us into my dream car within hours. He was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, kind, took his time to go over everything with much patience. We have purchased many new cars over the years and I would say that this was the best experience buying a new car. He worked with us to get a great price.
I bought my first “new” (wasn’t new just way newer than I’ve ever bought before) from them. I had a really nice experience thus far. People were kind, facility was great, car was detailed impeccably. The salesman (Mark) was super nice and welcoming, even to my crazy toddler. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was schmoozed into the sale. He even recommended some different options to me when I didn’t think I could get financing on the one I wanted. In the end they came down on the price enough I could get financed on it through my bank and the process really was “easy!” Thanks for making my first dealership experience a good one!
I worked with Jason and Thad to get a newer car with everything I wanted on it and at a price I could afford. We ran into some challenges with the vehicle that I wanted and they bent over backwards to remediate any concerns I had. I would go to Jason again in a heartbeat.
Patricia I put much time and effort into this scary process. I went once. He offered me a good deal. I went to look at other dealerships. A week later I returned and was offered the same good deal. After giving them my check, I went back with questions about two concerns. He answered my concerns and offered To get and put in a small part. I also found this small dealership knew my personal mechanic. When I called to question him he stated the owner was reputable. I would go back and although I don't like the color the vehicle runs very well. The car lot was also small. Many thanks to this couple. My Boston Terriers are enjoying their new wheels. Thank you again.
Getting into the process of getting a replacement commuter car, and this shop has set the bar. Easy going. Let me take the vehicle for a ride on a Saturday afternoon. While I am not convinced about the vehicle, I will be checking to see what else they have on the lot that meets my needs. The way car shopping/buying should be.

Was in the market for a bigger car and searched on the sight first got in touch with the salesman that we had the first two times and within an hour he went an got the car and the next we were driving home in it, love the car and the dealership its awesome
