Today I went in to switch out my lease, and was directly assisted by Rick who I have been speaking with for over a month now and been keeping me updated with all the upcoming deals. I finally had the chance to check out some cars and was helped out by Rick at every step of the process to find the perfect car. Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Nice staff, great selection of Tesla vehicles. Good prices. It took a while to get seen but they were short staffed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car. But I will be back for it soon.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

I purchased my 2025 KIA K4 back in the end of March. All I can say is I love it. Hands down the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. The features are too many to mention and the leg room and comfort are unbeatable.

I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

We bought our KIA last year (2024) with a package of free oil change, 4times/year. Since then I been at Kia xxxxxxGlendale 3times for oil change. The service is great! It goes smooth, easy and for free! :) They never tried to put on me any kind of an extra charge. Their service is always professional and correct! I'm very satisfied with KIA xxxxxxat Glendale.

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I'm in the process of buying with this Hertz location. Paul has been a great help and he's promptly answered all of my questions either via email, text, or phone call. The car I am looking at was not processed yet, when I first spotted it on their lot. I have been kept in the loop the entire time. I look forward to the next step and checking back to say I made the purchase!

I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. We tried going the private seller route and even going to car dealerships around town, but it was a big waste of time since other dealers have high pressure sales and hidden charges such as dealership fees or accessory fees. Then we had the issue of private sellers not being upfront honest about their car's history or actual ownership of the car. Just to many obstacles getting a good deal with them private sellers and other dealerships. The best thing I like about buying our cars here was that the prices are listed upfront and their is no haggling, no pressure, and no hidden fees. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I love my second GT2 Stinger it's everything I want in a car. It's the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and sport, with plenty of power. I never had a single problem with my Stinger’s and I'd highly recommend this car to anyone.

I have had my 2020 GT for 2 years now and have only had scheduled maintenance done and thats pretty much it the only issue i did have was that trunk rattle butt quick fix added rubber washers and that disappeared !! GREAT EVERYDAY DRIVER gives a SRT xxxx on the DIGGGG😂

The Stinger has to be one of the best sports luxury car that’s both reliable and a great driving experience. Maintenance is easy as long as you take care of her. It’s truthfully a beast of its own when in sport mode and the interior comfort between the front and rear seats definitely give that luxury feel. The sound system, fuel economy, and look of the car are very unique and you will not be disappointed. I’ve had my car for about four years now after I purchased it in October 2021 with no complaints.

I love my kia forte. I got the top tier kia Forte with leather seats which heat and cool and also a sunroof. This car is very comfortable! It is a little on the pricey side for my top tier one, but in the long run it is worth it.

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.
