Randy Bray did an amazing job of making my wife and I feel welcome at the dealership! He even offered to pull the Hyundai we were interested in inside the dealership on a cold winter day which made a huge impression on us! This car was very surprizing. Performance, styling, comfort level has met or exceeded expectation. When compared to similar models of others makes the Kia Sorento was by far the best value for the money.
Worked with David Bowditch, excellent, very knowledgeable & easy to work with, highly recommend him. David worked well and explained everything to me. I would recommend him & this dealership to anyone.

I could use a little more power but wouldn't trade it for the gas mileage ,also wish kids had entertainment in the back. remote start is also on my wish list
This dealership had the exact model I was looking for. Made the long 78 mile drive to their facility. Worth every minute of the drive. Madilynn was an excellent salesperson. The buying process was a bit drawn out with lots of back and forth about the selling price of the Jetta and the trade value of my vehicle. Eventually, we reached a deal that worked for both of us. Overall, I was pleased with my experience. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

This car has body damage however the interior is in mint condition, still smells new. Unused floor mats. Always kept floor liners so original carpet is also in excellent condition. I was told by body shop that he could get two doors for about $800.
The service at this dealership is like non other they know how to keep their customers coming back, we drive an hour to buy from this dealership because they are loyal to us as we are too them. My whole family buys from them now.

Great third row seating (planning for grandkids). Very durable leather seats. Front seats are heated. Great cargo area. Ergonomically everything is well located from the driver's seat. Runs quiet with little to no cabin noise. Shifts smoothly with plenty of power.
They are excellent. I did have the issue start back up a week later. It is a computer type issue so hopefully they will be able to get it fixed. They always keep me posted on anything they run into and my car is always ready when I arrive to pick it up.

In general the car isn't too bad. I bought CPO and thought that meant something like it used to. It proved me wrong a few times over. Purchased a bit over a year ago, the first week, taken back for AC repair and power seat. Recently for belt tensioner that made a ton of noise.
Needs tires already as the new ones that were put on before purchase started to warp and cup about a month into the car.
The salesman I worked with was Kyle. I came in with a complicated situation and he worked many hours making sure I was able to get into a vehicle when most salesmen would probably give up. He was so polite and very determined to help me understand every aspect of what was going on and took the time to explain every detail to me. I have never had a better experience with a salesman than I had with Kyle. I would be very honored to come back and purchase a second vehicle from this dealership solely based on the dedication Kyle put into helping me! This was my very first time financing a vehicle and although it was stressful, having Kyle dedicate so much time and energy into helping my husband and I get the perfect vehicle for us made it so much more worth it! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone I know wanting a new vehicle because it truly has been an awesome experience working with this dealership! Good value for the price.
Best warranty out of all manufacturers.
Cheap maintenance cost.
Good gas mileage.
Good cornering stability for a SUV.
Bought it from WPB Schumacher. Bad customer svce. Alignment issues til now, 6 mos later. Problem in steering column which is repairable for like $260, but Delray Kia refuses to fix!! Excuse is that warranty ran out!!!! Shows you how much Kia stands behind their products. The problem is a back and forth clicking in the steering and apparently common, but Kia could not care less!!!!! They even, at first had the gaul to try to charge me a $65 diagnostic fee. Will never buy ANY Kia again. Problem is that now I am stuck with pymts for the next 5 yrs....
Within minutes of requesting information on my CX-9 via the website, I received a call from my sales representative, Chad Dewald. That was the beginning of the excellent service I received from him and the entire dealership. The evening we drove down from Ann Arbor to purchase the car we met the owner, Bill Gaietto, who offered to deliver the car to us so we didn't have to make another trip. We didn't think he meant personally, but he and Chad were at our house the very next day. I'm truly glad we bought our car from Mazda Direct and this great team. This car started out good. However, in slightly more than a year, I put two transmissions in it and returned it to the bank when the engine exploded. It was like everytime I turned around, another mechanic wanted money to get it running. I need a reliable car for my job. This was definetly NOT it. Several relatives liked the looks and thought about checking Kia out for themselves. Needless to say...they aren't looking that way anymore. Also, my dealer was totally worthless as a source for some action or help. Won't use them again either! Thanks for nothing but headaches Kia and dealership!
This car drives smooth for a standard. i usually dont buy manual transmissions so this was a nice surprise. I would recommend test driving the car.
