Polo met me at the door on a cold day. I was after a specific car and he answered all my questions and made it very comfortable to ask all sorts of questions.
I had to transfer some funds and they were very accommodating to wait the two days needed for an electronic transfer of funds.
When picking up the car, Polo went over the extremely large check of the car and they replaced brake pads and repaired rotors. What a relief.

We expected to have to visit many dealers on our quest to find the right auto, started our search in Lawrence with every intention of sifting through at least 5 dealerships. We stopped at Crown and never left.

Although we did not buy a car from this dealership, our experience was good. Christopher Pena was pleasant and patient. We asked to test drive a car that was difficult to locate on the lot, but he hurried off to find it and another one we asked for. On the other hand, I left the business with doubts about its lifetime warranty. For example, in order to qualify for the lifetime coverage one must finance through the dealership. Always get your money in order before you go car shopping and never allow a dealership to decide how much and how you will pay.
