John and his staff are always above and beyond when it comes to getting my truck the service it needs and advising me about future needs. He let me know my battery was in need of replacing and saved me a trip and took care of it while he had it. I really appreciate how they look out for my interest!
2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

2011 Kia Soul review
I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

From the 1st phone call to the moment we drove our "new" car off the lot, James was friendly and made the car-buying process enjoyable. We never felt pressured, and they were very upfront about every detail. James even went above-and-beyond by helping us return the rental car we were in. Do yourself a favor and start your search @ CarMax!
2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

Express Auto Source - IndianapolisReviews
Express Auto Source - Indianapolis review
I came to Express Auto Source after my previous vehicle became too expensive to maintain. The transition into something newer and more reliable was surprisingly smooth. Since then, my transportation costs have become much easier to manage. Daily driving feels much more enjoyable now. Great overall experience.
2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

American ImportsReviews
American Imports review
I hate the car buying process. I do not like being pressured to make a decision on the spot, and I do not like haggling. American Imports made it easy... their pricing is very fair right up front, so I didn't need to haggle. Plus, the test driving process was easy, I didn't have to give a bunch of information or have to take the salesperson with me. I wasn't pressured to make a decision, I took a couple of days to think about it, then just went it and finalized the deal. I'll go back when I need to buy another car.
2006 Kia Spectra5 review
I had a 2005 Kia Spectra 5 for almost 10 years and got hit at a red-light. I was devastated. I loved my baby Kia. I never had any problems nor issues with it. It was a dependable car. Fast forward about 15+ years later, I was on the hunt for a hatchback, I never got over Baby Kia. I hit a streak of luck and ran across 2006 Kia Spectra 5 with 98,000 miles on it. Had been in a few skuffles, nothing serious. I couldn't believe I was getting my chance to have thos vehicle again. I cried like my 3 year old i was so excited. Given that it's now a 20 year car, some parts of the interior have cracked. The paint has started to separate from the clearcoat. The paint almost looks holographic, which i thought was really cool until my husband explained to me what was really happening with it. I'm still over the moon that things have worked out this way. I'm looking forward to driving this car until I can't. Having to come across this car again like I did will never happen again. But should anybody else get a chance like this, it's a fantastic car.
