I previously owned the 2011 Sorento. Loved it so much, that I put 175,000 miles on it. I upgraded to the 2019 Sorento. Love the heated seats, dual climate control, the 3rd row will be nice when I have a car full of people, and I love the backup camera.
The dealership was clean and inviting and the staff was helpful and friendly.
Great car for the investment

Nice design, great mileage from a reasonably priced, nice size sedan. The c ar lives up to its reputation and provides a good styling, comfortable ride with great economics. Up to 40 MPG on the road and average in the high 20s around town.
We love the conform and drivability of the car. Tight steering, and very comfortable seating and car ergo-metrics. Nice milage and just fun to drive. Much roomier than expected and nice pickup.
I would recommend folks take a look at this vehicle. Kia did an outstanding job

We recently bought a brand new vehicle from Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi in Kingsport Tennessee. Originally we were looking for a used family vehicle we stopped at Toyota of Kingsport and they treated us awful. They were not helpful or friendly at all. My husband said let???s try one more place and that place was Wallace. Our salesman???s name was George Barton he was very kind and helpful and he got us into a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander for only $50 more a month than we were paying for our old 2007 van! Plus we have an awesome warranty. Thank you so much George and Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi😊

This SUV has everything I need, plus some. Heated & cooled seats, reliable, comfortable, spacious, oversized sun roof, large cargo area and it handles well on snow & ice!
We received excellent care. They worked with us and got us the payments we could afford and we left with a new Mitsubishi Outlander. Wasnt really planning on buying. We just went to look but left with a new car.
Best car for price

As far as the amenities you receive with a Kia Optima, this car provides you with the most bang for your buck hands down. Extremely satisfied so far.
We experienced no problems while deciding on a car to meet our needs. Our sales person was eager to answer any questions that we had and explain any differences. All the different departments were quick and efficient to work with. The dealership provided a good and informative overview of their operation for all departments and benefits available to their customers. Great people to do business with.

George Barton and Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi of Kingsport helped my husband and I pick out a safe and affordable vehicle for our 16 year old daughter. George worked with us over several days and was very patient and helpful. He even followed up with us after we purchased the car. I would recommend him and this dealer to anyone.

Great third row seating (planning for grandkids). Very durable leather seats. Front seats are heated. Great cargo area. Ergonomically everything is well located from the driver's seat. Runs quiet with little to no cabin noise. Shifts smoothly with plenty of power.
They show me the lot and try to get me the payment that I was looking for very helpful and courteous too bad that jeep got away from me someone beat me to it but I'm still looking
I’m a Kia Soul Fan

I really like my new Kia soul. It is roomier and very chic. I received a lot of compliments from passengers on the roominess and how classy the car looks and on how well it drives and handles. I’ve been told that the ride is more like a luxury car and not what they expected at all from a Kia. The only thing I would change is the horsepower, how fast it goes from 0 to 60. I also change the durability of the interior it’s stains easy and the backs of jeans scratch the fabric. I also recommend that it come with a spare tire. I love the little hidden compartment in the back, I never realized I had one in my 2013 Kia soul. It was a great surprise! Overall I’ll give this car a 4.5 because it really is a great car and I’m truly enjoying it.
This dealership was amazing our salesman Gabriel went above and beyond what he really had to do he made us feel welcome interacted with their children made them feel like they were part of his family which is really good and I love the car that I bought from him If you need a vehicle definitely buy from here

I found a vehicle online, and I thought it was a really good deal. Sales representative is very responsive and contact me with more information and photos of the vehicle that was looking at. I never felt pressure to buy more than what I needed. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made my buying experience overall wonderful. When it comes time to buy again I know that I'll be going back.
Great car with one MAJOR issue
by Buzzsawjones from Deltona, Fl

I love my Soul, had it for almost a year. However I will never consider another Soul unless Kia fixes this issue. The issue: it doesn't support Google. The assistant button on the stereo only recognises Siri and ignores the other Major Assistant. But the Kia Optima works with both. It's quite annoying and almost turns me off the KIA experience... Almost makes me want to look at another brand once my lease is up.
My experience with Tri-Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep was great. I live in Boone, NC, which is about two hours away and did not want to waste a trip. I can say with 100 percent confidence the drive was worth it. I was quickly paired up with Ricky Leonard to help with the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ricky was most helpful, honest and attentive to our needs. I returned to the dealership a couple days after the purchase was complete to pick-up an order for floor mats. Ricky immediately greeted me. He was again a pleasure to work with. I will definitely return to Tri-Cities and refer any friends or family that are in the market for a new car.
This is my 3'rd Kia Optima an they are great cars.

I would highly recommend this car based on performance, comfort and safety. It is very reliable in all kinds of weather and is really a pleasure to drive. It has all the features of the more expensive cars and is always very reliable. I believe that it is an excellent value.
The salesman I dealt with was Jeremy Cooper. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The finance person was also knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The process was enjoyable. And I love my car.
Best value for a luxury SUV out there
by CrazyBiker from Fremont, CA
January 4, 2019
It has luxury quiet interior with luxury features and warranty at mainstream prices with great reliability. Can't get better than that and I crosshopped against XC-90, MDX and QX-60. It has the most efficient use of space with ample legroom for all 3 rows while keeping the exterior dimensions small and with good handling and easy to park/commute in. Only wish it had a bit more cargo space
I think that this was the easiest car buying process that I have ever been involved in. The staff was courteous and professional. The thing that most surprised me was the lack of pressure by the sales staff. They made us feel at home, and quite comfortable . Their attention to customer service was stellar.
KIA Sportage - great vehicle for the money
by 2018 Sportage owner from Atlanta
January 14, 2019
The base 2.4L GDI engine has plenty of pep. The vehicle rides well fully loaded (no change in suspension, handling, acceleration, etc). I would recommend this vehicle to anybody looking for a compact SUV (who has no need for a third row of seating).
My only frustration has been the difficulty of adding fog lamps. There is no wiring harness provided from the factory. This makes it impossible to have a true factory installation integrated into the steering wheel controls. It also makes an aftermarket installation expensive, as well.
