This is my third KIA , The first (2011 Sorento) was purchased from Enterprise but was serviced by Zamora KIA which is now KIA of Yuma. Zamora was such a pleasure to deal with that I then purchased a used 2013 Optima Hybrid from them, Great Car, but to difficult for my handicapped wife to get into. This was then traded for a Soul+ which made all the difference for my wife's entry problems. (Easy and painless trade thanks to the Zamora Staff) I admit that I did have mixed emotions when the dealership changed to "KIA of Yuma. Today I just had my Soul+ serviced by the new Regime and was very pleased with the results. My car was returned washed and sparkling! No pressure, no on seen problems a smiling staff and quite a few of the past Zamora Crew. KUDO'S to all. As good as Zamora was, KIA of Yuma has been able to improve the complete operation. I have no doubt that when the time comes for a new KIA it will be done here.
This is my 3'rd Kia Optima an they are great cars.

I would highly recommend this car based on performance, comfort and safety. It is very reliable in all kinds of weather and is really a pleasure to drive. It has all the features of the more expensive cars and is always very reliable. I believe that it is an excellent value.
This new Kia dealership went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. From a shuttle service back-and-forth to the foothills, getting the work done as scheduled, washing the car after service and polite professional employees. No comparison to the old dealership and I would definitely recommend them.

I previously owned the 2011 Sorento. Loved it so much, that I put 175,000 miles on it. I upgraded to the 2019 Sorento. Love the heated seats, dual climate control, the 3rd row will be nice when I have a car full of people, and I love the backup camera.
I found myself stranded in Yuma, Az in my 2015 Honda Civic. I reached to the corresponding dealership, but they had outrageous prices and time frames in order to get my vehicle running properly. On my way back to the hotel, I found Kia of Yuma. The people at the sales department were very kind and helped me find my way to the parts and service department. There, I met Axel Lerma who was an excellent agent throughout the whole process. He went out his way to show me exactly every detail and explain why it needed to be fixed. He never gave me a ???no??? as an answer. He did everything he could to get my Honda Civic fixed. He made the process nice and easy. The prices that I was given were excellent, reasonable, and not a single dollar was spared. I will absolutely recommend Kia of Yuma to all my friends and family. Specially, Axel Lerma for services. I will be going to this dealership everytime I find myself in Yuma!

Great car with one MAJOR issue

I love my Soul, had it for almost a year. However I will never consider another Soul unless Kia fixes this issue. The issue: it doesn't support Google. The assistant button on the stereo only recognises Siri and ignores the other Major Assistant. But the Kia Optima works with both. It's quite annoying and almost turns me off the KIA experience... Almost makes me want to look at another brand once my lease is up.
Victoria the sales rep was very friendly genuine person. Gary, Isaac & Tony were sincere guys. They worked very diligently to get us a good deal on a great car for my wife. We were impressed & delighted with all the staff at Kia Yuma. Thank you guys

I went from a 2014 Chrysler 300 to this car and I can say it is way better and more reliable. More gas efficient and faster! People think it is small inside until I let them get in and the say "Wow". I love my Kia Soul!
We received the car of our dreams at the price we could afford!!!! No pressure or empty promises! Veteran owned and operated. Victoria was amazing! We will be sending all of our friends to Kia of Yuma!!!!!! Thank you and God bless all of you for your amazing work!

I’mMuscle car kinda guy, but my wife’s little 2016 Kia Forte is something else! I love the gas mileage it gets not to mention the hidden power when you put it in sports mode!
Excellent salesperson, Jessica Becerra knew the her product, no pressure customer serviced approach was appreciated! Ownership and financing was excellent as well. No high pressure add-one after the sale and provided me information to make smart choices. Never had such a great experience purchasing a car. I was introduced to everyone I would be talking with for service and after purchase questions or concerns. Excellent excellent excellent!!!
Really fuel efficient vehicle and easy maintenance

Its pretty good bang for the buck. The only issue that I've had with it is the plastic/rubber caps used to secure panels. I drive the front bumper over a cement block on a parking lot, and as I was leaving the bumper rubbed against the cement block. The ended up popping out the rubber cap/clips and the inner wheel well panels came off, rubbing against my tries and causing smoke. That should be designed a bit more with common parking mishaps in mind.
I would like to recommend Kia of Yuma and especially the salesman Chuck Phipps to any and all women who are looking to buy a vehicle. He talks to you and explains everything you want to know. I have tried to buy cars before but all the salesman wants to do is talk to my husband, Chuck is not that way. I did not feel pressured to buy a vehicle either. I went in and talked with Chuck about one vehicle and he gave all the information I needed and then I told him I would be back in a few days he gave me a brochure and said that was fine. When I went back a few days later I decided I wanted to look at a different vehicle and he was real understanding and explained everything about that vehicle to me also. I ended up buying the second vehicle. The finance man was very professional and we are very happy with our new Kia Sportage.

As far as the amenities you receive with a Kia Optima, this car provides you with the most bang for your buck hands down. Extremely satisfied so far.
Enjoyed it for 3 years and turned it in. Could not find anything for the money that compared to the K900 so I bought a never titled dealer luxury model. Flying to up to Chicago the drive it to Florida next week. Have owned BMW, Audi and others but the Kia delivers a great and reliable car without breaking the bank. It maybe not quite a Lexus LS but comes close for a lot less money.
It performs phenomenal drive like u are hovering on clouds picks up quick and inside or lord it’s like I’m driving something foriegn and the pano moon roof oh it’s to die for heated steering wheel I just wish it had remote start that would be the real cherry on top
