2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

2022 Land Rover Defender review
Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

Although my repair took 34 days, it was no fault of Brendan who was accommodating in every way. Parts availability issue... I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. I'm grateful for his working with me to get most of my repair covered under warranty and also working with me on my cost to replace all 4 tires and front brakes. Thank you Brendan! 2021 Land Rover Range Rover review
i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

2021 Land Rover Range Rover Sport review
The Range Rover Sport is truly one of a kind, it is a perfectly sized vehicle with great driving dynamics. Although the Sport is a great vehicle, I recommend the full sized Range Rover instead of the Sport, it is pricier, but it is worth every penny with its way more luxurious ride and features. I have test driven every Sport model aside from the diesels and hybrids and kept going back to test drive the 2021 HST V6, 2021 HSE Dynamic V8 and the Autobiography V8. These trims are the best driving trims out of all of the various trims with more than enough power. What I found odd was that if you wanted massaged seats, you would have to get an Autobiography, which starts $11,000 more than the HSE Dynamic for only massaged seats and different moving seats with the same engine.. Whereas Mercedes and BMW offer massaged seats in their base model GLE’s and X5’s.. Although these trims are great, they could have used some better integration when it comes to software and features. The 360 camera and even normal backup camera did not take up the full screen which is only 10 inches big. Ambient lighting is basically only in the footwell which looks a little aftermarket. The adaptive cruise control is subpar. Other brands have way better lane centering and will automatically switch lanes whereas Land Rover does not have that. I believe the new 2024 Sport will fix these issues, however it is yet to be released but the new 2023 full sized was released not too long ago and I will be purchasing it when it is in dealerships. I ended up ordering a 2021 Mercedes GLE AMG instead of the Sport, which I am very much happy with. Back in late 2015 I test drove the 2016 Supercharged and Autobiography trims of the Sport. I was not exactly too impressed with it and ended up getting a 2016 Mercedes GLE AMG Coupe which I am glad I got. However in 2017, I wanted another car but bigger for increased practicality and got a 2017 full sized Range Rover Supercharged. Way better than the Sport. The build quality is better, drives better and more features than the Sport. If reliability is a big factor for you, I would look at other brands like BMW’s inline 6 called the 40i, or Mercedes’ V6 called the 450’s. Both of those engines are very nice and have a good reputation of being reliable. Toyota even uses BMW’s inline 6 in their new Supra. Land Rover’s V6 HSE’s are the most reliable engines, the new Inline 6 that Jaguar Land Rover has in their P400’s have not shown any problems yet although it is fairly new . I had to have a new engine replacement at 20,000 miles in my Range Rover Supercharged but it is worth it. At the end of the day, if you can afford the maintenance, I highly recommend a Range Rover. If you're like me and put little mileage on your cars, you should definitely look at Jaguar Land Rover. But overall, if you use premium fuel and treat your cars well and have them maintained on time, then your JLR product should last and have little to no problems. Land Rover earned this reputation for being unreliable due to Ford owning them at one point and their engines wouldn’t last over 500 miles without something breaking. Ever since Land Rover’s new ownership, they have been improving! But at the end of the day I believe it is worth the trouble ever so often. Such a smooth and luxurious ride.

Like most people the thought of car shopping is just an anxiety ridden process. I can not say enough about the attention and focus they put on their customer buying experience. The communication was excellent as well as trying to meet my needs by asking the right questions and finding the right car. I scheduled with Jessica Aubin and the cars were ready and waiting. She knew the cars inside and out and was able to answer all of my questions and if she did not know, she went to ask- she didn't try to xx stuff by me. Stacie the GM was fantastic and Chris in finance was so patient with my, no less than a million questions on warranties etc. I never once felt pressured or treated like a bother. Not every dealership can say this. I had some bad experiences recently during this buying processes with other dealers and I wondered where the days went when the sales person not only wanted to sell you a car, but sell themselves and all the reasons to create a relationship with this dealer. Well I found it and I think you will too! I can't see my family going anywhere else in the future. Thanks again for showing that customer service still exists!
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used Porsche, and the entire experience has exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I began inquiring about the car, the dealership was responsive, professional, and incredibly thorough. Despite the car being located in Boston, I was initially hesitant about the logistics of having it delivered all the way to Indiana. But the dealership went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Timothy Klingenberger specifically was a DREAM to work with and someone I now call a true friend. He had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I can’t usually say that about any car dealership. Tim provided detailed photos and videos of the car, ensuring I could make an informed decision from a distance. The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. 2021 Jaguar E-PACE review
We were in the market for an upgrade. Small non Japanese SUV. We looked at BMW, Benz, Audi and Volvo. And then we found the E-Pace. The interior is so beautifully designed. The exterior is stylish. A ton of high tech features. The package overall is the best. And you do not see it at every turn and intersection. If you are looking for a unique car, go for the E-Pace. Actually, we liked it over the bigger F-Pace

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon in service at Herb Chambers Jaguar, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. 2020 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
Got the top of the line Velar SVA that was only made in 2020. Compared to other cars line the X3M, X5M, GLE63 AMG etc... there was no comparison. A supercharged V8 will be and feel faster than any of those turbo engines. The throttle response is instantaneous and the torque is crazy. You get a high quality luxorious interior with rediculous performace and air suspension. I drove the car daily and had no issues at all. The car is super reliable and got lots of compliments. The exhaust sound is unreal. It sounds like AMG upshifts but louder with a completely stock exhaust. No annoying fake pops and bangs, just a clean agressive sound. Even now in 2025 the only SUV that comes close is the Cayenne GTS which is selling for 20k more. This is the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a limited release Range Rover that looks like the new Range Rover and has the performance of the last generation SVR (legendary car).

2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
This is our second GLC 300. We love the size and features for our needs (two people). Good mileage 27-29+ around town, 30-32 highway. Smooth ride, easy handling, and I think, nice styling. Newer models have larger screen and are more electronically controlled from the screen. Fields of Orange Park, Fl. has great Service, not cheap, "Mercedes" nuff said, but they will take care of you.

2019 Land Rover Range Rover Sport review
I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

2021 Land Rover Range Rover Sport review
Bought a 2022 rover sport hst worh 22 wheels and 825 watt meridian stereo. Best suv I’ve ever had! I’ve had a 2021 gle 350, 2017 levante and 2017 rx350 and love the rover sport above all of those . Hoping to get another one with the 1700 watt Meridian. The 825 watt meridian is the best stereo I’ve had in a car by far . Buy it ! You won’t be disappointed . Car has been super reliable thus far .

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2024 Jeep Compass review
We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. 2019 BMW M550 review
I love this car. Probably more than I ever thought I could love a car. Performance: The car has got some power. More than enough for rational people. Full disclosure - I bought this car to tune the heck out of it. And I did. I put new intakes, charge pipes, tuned for E30 and HOLY COW. This car is an absolute sleeper. It makes over 600 hp and 700ft/lbs of torque. Sport mode opens the exhaust flaps on the car to grace everyone around with a heavenly V8 sound. The twin turbos scrolling will never not get old. I did a sub 3 second 0-60. M5 performance for 2000$ in parts & tune? Sign me up. ZF 8 speed shifts quickly and smoothly. Comfort: I have a fully loaded model. Heated, ventilated, and full body massage seats are nice. Cabin is comfy and spacious. Heads up display was something I didn't know I needed. Adaptive cruise and lane keep assist work better than in my newer model Jaguar. Tons of option to mess with from driving modes to technology stuff. It will be divisive for some but I really enjoy the turn dial. It's a very natural position to interact with the vehicle. Luxury: Car feels well built, rides well, and has a solid feel to everything. Doors, dash, seats, console, etc. all feel luxurious and solid. Heated back seats, rear climate control, etc. work well and quickly. I feel rich driving this car. The bad: Probably gonna have to do some relatively expensive maintenance at some point. Old rubber coolant hoses are known to crack and leak along with coolant expansion tank. There's a turbo oil gasket that requires a lot of disassembly to get to and replace. Unfortunately these things are when's not if's. You can do these yourself for very cheap though. Brakes will run you about 1800$ at your dealer or 700$ to do yourself. If you can wrench a little bit and take some extra care, this car will last you a long time. I think BMW knocked it out of the park with this one. I really believe this is the pinnacle sleeper/luxury sedan.

2020 Honda Insight review
My second Insight. Lower interest rate and good trade in on my first Insight led to my second. Great gas mileage except in cold weather. I live in Nebraska. winter months drops about 6-9 MPG. Rest of the year is 48-50.The sweet spot is flat I-80 at 70 MPH with 55-60 MPG the norm. 75 MPH it drops to 48-49 an I can't complain. I', 6'3 and I fit with no problem. big trunk. Camera in right side mirror for lane change is great as well as back up camera. The back seat is kind of cramped unless you are short. Overall as long as the keep building them I'm buying.
