Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was blessed to have the best associate, Yosniel Cruz, greet us. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

Saying I had absolutely outstanding customer service from Prime One Motorsports is a huge understatement- it was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced ! From the very first phone call asking about my future car it was an amazing experience. Bill - the representative of Prime One Motorsports, is very knowledgable, and he was willing to listen to me and then explain in great detail about the car he was offering. I was very particular about the color I wanted, but the way Bill described the car, I changed my mind and decided to purchase the car in a different color and I have never regretted it. Because I was an out of state buyer, Bill arranged shipping ASAP and I received my car from Florida in California after 5 days, which I was happy about. I immediately tried to register my car at the DMV in CA, but for some reason they found some kind of issue which had nothing to do with Prime One Motorsports. I had no place to go to resolve this issue and I did not really understand what was going on, so I called Bill and his assistant Kerry (who is part of the team and takes care of all the paperwork). I thought for sure they would not be able to help me, but I was very surprised when they went way out of their way after the sale to work with me to solve the problem. Without their help there is no way I could have done it on my own. They put a lot of personal effort toward my issue with the CA DMV, using their contacts to get the additional letter which DMV was requiring. I can’t even describe how much I appreciate what they did for me, and it has touched me deeply. I can’t remember in my lifetime when I had the customer service experience like the Prime One Motorsports provided to me. It felt like they treated me as a member of their family and trust me, it is super hard to find people like them in these times, people who are willing to put in their personal time for a client after the sales transaction is done. I will forever be a customer and loyal to them and their business.

2017 Land Rover Range Rover review
I have the LWB version and purchased used under CPO warranty. It is loaded, we left no option box unchecked, and the comfort/refinement of the interior, supercharged V8, and ride are nothing short of stellar. Buying used and under warranty afforded an opportunity to buy relatively new at half the cost with confidence. Whether running errands in town, or traveling longer distances, it never fails to put a smile on my face while driving. There are certainly less expensive options, but nothing that came close to offering the same experience and motoring heritage of Land Rover. Arguably, it was introduction of the 1987 Range Rover to US soil that birthed our "obsession" with SUVs. Highly recommend.

They just make taking your car in for service a joy. Not only did they fix the issue which turned out to be minimum, but the carwash machine was out of order I believe they were doing some maintenance and upkeep on the system. But my rep with the car wash team went the extra mile and hand washed and dried my car for me. It really makes you feel special and that you are a friend and not just some one with a problem. i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

The service department is exceptional! I live in Aventura and was in the Kendall area when I encountered a problem with my A/C, and with 90-degree weather outside, this was worst case scenario for me. I didn't have an appointment and was scared I'd wait an eternity. I was taken in almost immediately, explained the problem, and my issue was solved within two hours (that is crazy fast considering service was pretty busy AND I didn't have an appointment). Very happy with their services and prices aren't bad at all. Not sure if they'll become my go to for service considering how far they are from me, but I'm very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends and family. Give them a shot! You won't regret it.

2017 Land Rover Range Rover review
I have owned an Audi A8, a 2017 BMW 740d XDrive MSport and a long time ago a Jaguar XJR. I now have a second hand 2017 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SD V8. I also own a 2003 LandRover Defender TD5. I traded the BMW because i preferred driving the defender most of the time. The Range Rover is a bit like taking the defender and mating it with the BMW....although I would say the BMW does not come close to the RR in terms of material quality. The Range Rover has the commanding driving position I so like in my Defender. And like the Defender it so easy to place on the road because you can see where the corners are (simples).
