I am a retired veteran with PTSD and have difficulties in high stress situations. I am slow and methodical to make financial decisions and the accident forced me to make a rapid one. He was so patient and compassionate. At times I had trouble writing and signing my name. He was very supportive and a genuinely wonderful person. Their finance person, who's name escapes me, was patient and kind as well. He even found a better rate then NFCU saving me money. I can't thank their staff enough for making a tough situation, memorable in all the right ways.

This vehicle is Great for a DIY type of person who prefers to avoid the expensive service department at the dealership in order to save on maintenance costs.

I absolutely love this car. I have driven it 103,000+ miles and it's been amazing. The only thing I would say is only get it serviced by Range Rover. When you let anyone else touch these cars they break 1,000 other things on them and it ends up costing you a fortune. Even though it may be cheaper to get it serviced elsewhere, don't. It will end up costing you more money in the long run.

Just bought a 2019 and love it. Unfortunately it does NOT have heated seats which seems strange. Driving and maneuverability are a pleasure. In addition, I love the deep red color and the leather seats are still in great condition.
