My wife's 2002 Pathfinder after 258,000+ finally went down. Went to Neptune Motors. Nice selection, clean, low miles, asking prices in line. Phillip helped us that day. We left and went to a couple of other places and then went back and saw Phillip again. We bought a great 2006 Toyota Highlander from Neptune. Very happy. Good guys ... Lannin and Philip and a good dealership.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.

Just bought our second Land Rover at Checkered Flag. Tony was our salesperson and the overall experience couldn't have been any better. From the first encounter I had with Rodney Jackson I could feel his enthusiasm and confidence in the Jaguar brand. I test drove several models, two sedans and one SUV. we went to shop for a pre-owned minivan. the sales person let us do an extended test drive and answered all of our questions despite the fact that it was late in the day and we showed up 15 minutes before they were closing. nice people, good to work with.
