This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. Big ups to Jeremiah and the AutoNationUSA-Katy team for a very satifying car-buying experience.

This is probably going to be the best car I ever own! Highly reliable, easy to drive and fun to go off roading in. This is the Lexus version of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and that should be enough information right there. If you get one of these beast, hold on to it!

The GX 460 is just that, a family car. The level of comfort is excellent, its manly futures are not those of a mini-van or station wagon, but a commuting vehicle the husband or wife look forward driving anywhere; its off-road capabilities are outstanding. With it's 4X4 capabilities can carry passengers to back road, picknick, and camping sights excellently. The 4.6Ltr wasn't meant to sink passengers into its sitting. But to get driver and crew to their destination with trailer if needed, in style, confront, and most important Safely. Remember it is a Toyota.

I love this vehicle. I live in Alaska so having a safe, reliable vehicle that has enough power to get you out of an unexpected off-road experience or to avoid an icy turn of events is critical. It has excellent traction control, it's powerful enough to respond quickly even at high speeds, it seats my whole family and our dog comfortably, and it looks pretty sexy too!

Very luxurious, very easy to drive and use, insane off-road performance. This thing has it all. Every bell and whistle. Air conditioned seats. DVDs in the headrests. Auto fold seats. Surround sound. Just completely loaded and the smoothest SUV I've ever driven.

Whenever I reached out with a question or a request for information regarding the vehicles I expressed interest in the staff at this dealership were responsive, never kept me waiting, and they understood when I had to move on. I purchased a 2013 model and haven't regretted a minute of my decision. It handles very well for long trips, looks like luxury but able to handle off-road terrain and overall a great car!

Came in late in day to look at several well priced. Salesman, Mark Green helped with his knowledge of vehicles and allowed me to leave lot with carfax reports of vehicles I was considering. Great sales experience. Service is also tops as I have had my current vehicle serviced once so far.

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. Friendly/helpful no pressure staff. John Hicks was my salesman. There were a few items I felt needed to be done in order to feel comfortable with purchase and the main issues were done with some minor details we negotiated so it was a win/win for both. Gella the personnel who managed the contract and financing, very courteous and made that end of the deal easy to understand. These people are real , none of that uncomfortable sales approach.

I found the brothers who run this dealership genuine and honest. Normally, I assume that even a well priced car has a bit of wiggle room but David would not budge on the price which I found refreshing as opposed to large dealerships who never give you their bottom line price. David gave me his best price first!! The vehicle was well prepared for me and they have been extremely helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this small and honest place!
