Audi Des MoinesReviews
Audi Des Moines review
I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!

I see you did receive my review which was an excellent one. Thank you, Manish. You are an excellent salesman very respectful, considerate and patient and you definitely care about your customers. Thank you for being kind enough to drive home with my daughter to pick up my second car for trade in. It saved me having to go home and I was very tired, as you were I’m sure.

Hendrick Toyota Merriam review
Purchased a few cars from this store, but first time having the pleasure of working with Brian Diaz and I definitely recommend him. He was patient and a personable guy who made us feel like he was genuinely approaching our desire to find the right vehicle as he would for himself; thorough, transparent yet easy going. He's what the automotive car business needs more of if I'm being honest.

Westside Lexus review
Jim (Sales) and Christian (Finance) were fantastic to work with at West Side Lexus. I worked with Jim during the week to secure a Saturday appointment. Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. Everyone there was friendly and the customer waiting area is great, lots of space and a pretty decent hot chocolate in their fancy coffee machine :D 10/10 recommend

Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Prosper review
From the moment I walked in, the sales associate was ready with the car and made the entire process effortless. The test drive was exactly what I wanted — no interruptions, no pressure. I was able to really listen to the vehicle and enjoy the drive, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager was just as impressive. He respected my time and went straight to the out‑the‑door price. No strange fees, no unwanted warranties — just the state tax and state fees. Simple, honest, and transparent. This is a great dealership, and I will definitely refer my friends.

It was awesome and customer friendly. Salesman Seong was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. Finance Mgr was great while explaining items but not pushy. Will buy again from them.

Tom Wood LexusReviews
Tom Wood Lexus review
As always, Tom Wood Lexus gives amazing service. We recently worked with Eric for maintenance on both our Lexus and he more than upheld the Lexus tradition of friendly, professional service. He kept us informed of all aspects of our service, and made sure we understood the necessity of the work that was performed and offered options when appropriate. Super pleased with our experience.

Love everything about it. Do have some challenges with using the voice activated navigation system. Dealership provided additional education while I was there for 5000 Mike check up

Very great service. Quicker than quoted time and everything was well explained and handled. I got to the dealership and was seen within 1 min of arriving. After 15 min I was given my quote for recommended services and then everything was completed thoroughly and all questions answered.

Germain ToyotaReviews
Germain Toyota review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Daniel at Germain Toyota of Naples! I had an exceptional experience with Daniel at Germain Toyota of Naples! From start to finish, Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. One of the main reasons I returned to Germain Toyota of Naples was because of a very disappointing previous experience at AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. That experience left me looking for a dealership where I could feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the service recommendations I was receiving. Daniel certainly delivered! Having a pretty good understanding of vehicles myself, I know the difference between maintenance that needs immediate attention and services that can safely be postponed until a later date. Daniel took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, offered his professional recommendations, and never once made me feel pressured into authorizing additional work. What impressed me most was that he wasn’t pushy, didn’t use scare tactics, and respected my ability to make informed decisions. He simply provided the information I needed and allowed me to decide how to proceed. It’s refreshing to deal with a service advisor who understands that building trust and earning repeat business are far more important than making an extra sale. Daniel demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine customer service throughout my visit. Germain Toyota of Naples has earned my confidence and my continued business, and Daniel is a big reason why. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward service advisor who treats customers with respect, I highly recommend asking for Daniel. Thank you, Daniel, for an outstanding five-star experience! Germain Toyota of Naples is fortunate to have you on its team!
