We bought a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. An excellent and safe car. The sales person, Barb was very professional and patient. She and her coworkers who were helping us to choose the right car for us, were wonderful. I highly recommend this dealer.

Kolosso ToyotaReviews
Kolosso Toyota review
I worked with Cody N and Tiana. The dropdown menu won't let me choose them, however it is important to note as I think they are quite the dream team. From choosing which tires to purchase, until the time I left the door; my service was exceptional. It was truly a personalized experience. Once I turned my keys over, I was brought to a cozy and clean area to wait for my vehicle. There was plenty of places to sit, along with WIFI and power outlets. The team also provides a shuttle for local travel so you don't have to miss out on errands, or if you would rather wait at home. My truck was returned to me all washed up, and in excellent condition.

I submitted a negative review last week after a 5-week ordeal with a new car, but Autonation worked with me to resolve the issue via service and make up for it in other ways, which I appreciated. I don't see any way to edit my previous review so I am submitting this new one.

Shout out to this dealership!! Our experience w Jess, our salesperson, and the sales manager were no pressure and transparent from start to finish!! AND they were able to match what we clearly said we were able to do. Amazing! And very different from experiences other places. Bonus- my first Subaru and I am loving it.
2021 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

Lexus of Santa Fe review
If we could give 10 stars, we would! We had the BEST experience working with Penny and the team at Lexus of Santa Fe. We were buyers traveling from out of town to purchase our vehicle with them. They were responsive, professional, flexible and LOW pressure. The dealership was clean, relaxed and pleasant. The entire process was very organized, went smoothly and was completed quickly. We could not imagine a better experience and would travel back to Santa Fe to work with them again.

We purchased a used vehicle from this location and we were nothing but impressed with good customer service from the sales person over the phone to the test drive...even to the financing...down to earth staff at all angles. What a great experience for a used car purchase of a non-Mercedes! I would definitely recommend them and we will be back again!

AutoNation Ford Sanford review
I had a great experience with AutoNation Ford Sanford for an A/C diagnostic on my vehicle. From start to finish, the staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. They kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Derek was especially helpful and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I also really appreciated the extra care they took with my vehicle… it was returned to me freshly washed and cleaned, which was a very nice touch. Excellent service all around. I would absolutely recommend AutoNation Ford Sanford and will gladly return for future service needs. Thank you to Derek and the entire team!

VIP Superstar treatment all the way! My sales consultant, Cristian Ramirez, was Aces with me through the whole buying process. Two Thumbs Up! ?? and 5 Stars! ??????????
2021 Lexus GX 460 review
This is my 4th Lexus 460 GX. It seems smaller and there no point using the 3rd row no leg room. What I don't like especially is that you can view everything in your cargo area between the Captain seats. There's no cargo or tonneau cover to hide the cargo. I bought a piece of carpet to hide what could be seen and it continues to fall down.

Overall, it was a great experience. I was kind of in a rut of a situation, and these guys helped me out of it entirely gave me the best deal and work, the best numbers that they could to make sure that everything would work out for me that helped me pick the right car to keep me in the right price range and was able to help me get in the car the same day with all my information coming back. Verifying, correct, obviously but they helped me same day get in the new vehicle.

Fred Anderson Acura review
Tom Elgin was very helpful on my last visit on 9/9/26. I had experienced a vehicle breakdown on 9/8/26. My SUV, a 2009 Acura MDX, lost power and acceleration. It was towed to Fred Anderson Acura on 9/9/26. Tom was able to quickly discover the problem and repaid my Acura. Tom was. Courteous, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the time my vehicle was being repaired. He is an excellent employee.
