Serra Toyota MilwaukeeReviews
Serra Toyota Milwaukee review
I was searching for a hybrid Highlander, wanting it in red, and only a few options. Contacting Serra Toyota, I was met by Cheryl Hoffner, who advised me that a red Highlander hybrid was due at the dealership in about six weeks. We looked at the options to be included with this vehicle, and I found I didn’t want several of them. She said the factory could be contacted to remove the options I didn’t want. Sticker price was adjusted, but price was more than I expected. I told her my expected price, and she managed to meet it. Ms Hoffner is very pleasant do deal with.

CarMax Sacramento South review
I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Of four offers on my vehicle CarMax was the best, the looked at my vehicle and the final offer was exactly what the internet offer was! It was a simple process. They issued a check on the spot and made us very comfortable. Thank you carmax!!! Best part was the other companies all reached out after the deal was done saying we could beat that deal…..guess y’all should have tried not to lowball up front. I definitely will do business with them again

2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.
