Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

I want to take a moment and thank the guys at this BMW Service Center for the amazing experience. They listened to me when I was stressed about the sudden noise my vehicle was making, they paid to have a tow truck sent all the way to Conyers, and they found the issue I was so concerned about. That experience proved to be quite frustrating. My salesman Courtney and I believe the sales manager Aaron went the extra mile to really make sure I was satisfied and happy. Like the title implies, doing one of the things Mercedes does best. I absolutely love the cars but the customer service is what seals the deal! There are very few companies left that treat customers this way. Mercedes will always have my business as long as they maintain this. It is a little weird to be buying a car at a bank, they are located inside a bank, but definitely worth it. I got a fantastic deal on a car that was perfect for my family. I was looking in a specific price range, I went out to see a few other cars that were around the same year, mileage and price as the one these guys had and by far this listing was the closest to what I saw in the car. Some had great pictures and raved about what was in the car and when I saw those cars, while they did contain those features listed they were in horrible condition. The posting from Northern was exactly what was there, if anything, the van was a bit better than the posting made it out to be. They were easy to work with and I loved the experience. I will certainly be looking here next time I purchase a car.
