Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston review
My husband and I just bought a new Toyota Rav4 from this location and we are very satisfied with our purchase. We worked with Demarcus Craft and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was personable and professional. It was our first time buying a car, Demarcus had no problem answering every question we had and explaining them in detail so that we could be confident in our decision. We also did our finances with Matthew Laurence and he was very kind. We are very happy with our experience at Fred Anderson Toyota.

2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Coworkers referred me to Fred Anderson when looking for a used car, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Going to a dealership as a woman can be anxiety inducing, but I was treated with respect and kindness by the team from start to finish. Walked away with a great car with the pricing that worked for my budget!

Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. CarMax SerramonteReviews
CarMax Serramonte review
I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

We had a great experience with Barry! He took the time to understand our needs and work with us to figure out our options for purchasing the vehicle. We scheduled a test drive and during the test drive, he was friendly and made sure to inform us of everything we needed to know about the vehicle. We highly recommend this dealer and would use them again!
