2 years ago, we purchased a new SUV (cheaper than Lexus) from a local dealership to save some $$ on payments -- I won't make that mistake again! I don't want to bash that dealership or brand, but the SUV had some cheap features we didn't notice at first such as the cargo liner made from a felt-like material; and at the last oil change they were already trying to sell us new tires. That was the last straw for us! Having owned Lexus cars in the past, we never had issues like these. So we traded in that SUV yesterday at Hennessey Lexus and came armed to the teeth with information to try to get the best value I could on a new NX300, and they more than met our expectations! Nick was great at matching the great discount we had gotten at another dealer and getting management to get us top $$ for our trade-in. Jin did a super job at guiding us through and understanding the options with no pressure at all to choose any options we didn't want or need. Once our purchase was complete, Danny sat with us in our new NX300 and explained all the features thoroughly, quickly, and calmly. And the customer lounge! Compared to the other dealership we dealt with for 2 years, it's like a Delta Sky Lounge versus the cramped and spartan environment you get at most other dealerships. I regret going with a different dealership and car brand two years ago, have learned my lesson - if and when we need another new vehicle, it will be a Lexus from Hennessey!
This is probably the greatest company in the whole world hands down . I worship the ground they walk on . These people are so good it’s beyond words. Each one working here should run a country they could heal the world and all people in it . The greatest humans ever known to man.

Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! We have been car shopping for ages and finally found exactly what we were looking for. The inventory is extensive. If you go on a busy day you may have to wait but the staff members are great to work with. Prices are very good. Cars are detailed after purchase but don’t worry. They do an excellent job.
I just want thank Millo for a great first time experience in getting a me a great reliable car. Although, it was late and close to closing two nights straight he listened to my needs, and made sure I was fully taken care of. Felt like a distant uncle. He showed true compassion for what he does, and was not "pushy" in making you feel like you were just a sale. Karl was great as well in getting me in out and answering all questions I may have had as a first timer. Jersey made sure I got the most for my trade in and I truly appreciate the team work in making me feel okay about my purchase. Millo even made sure I got new windshield wipers not thinking he heard me he text me to let me know he was going to take care of everything. I sincerely appreciate everything guys.
