⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ask for Q — You Won’t Regret It! From the moment I pulled into Autos of Dallas Plano, I somehow knew Quinten, aka Q, was going to be my salesperson. 😂 His personality was immediately down-to-earth and familiar—like talking to somebody in the family instead of a car salesman. Within just a few minutes of conversation, I realized Q was going to be honest, fair, respectful, and trustworthy. I genuinely felt like he wasn’t going to put me in a vehicle that he wouldn’t feel comfortable putting one of his own family members in, and that meant a lot to me. At one point, Q received a call from his son’s school and immediately went into Daddy Mode. I respected that more than he probably realized because family comes first. It also told me something about his character outside of simply trying to make a sale. Most importantly, Q kept his word. From beginning to end, he made the process comfortable, straightforward and memorable—and I had my keys in less than 24 hours! 🚙🔑 I saw some of the less-than-favorable reviews about this dealership before purchasing, so I want to be very clear: my review is as real as it gets. I can only speak about my transaction and my experience with Q, but Autos of Dallas should be proud to have him on their team. He is the total opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson. Character, integrity, honesty and respect still matter, and Q demonstrated all of them throughout my transaction. I also have to shout out Justin in Finance! Another proud family man, easy to talk to, and his office is a whole ZEN VIBE! 😂 Even the finance portion of the process felt relaxed instead of stressful or pressured. Q, thank you again for making a major purchase feel personal rather than transactional. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget.
