The service at this dealership is fantastic, both with my initial contact via the website and in person with John Barstow. I honestly never felt pressured and the car was delivered as promised. John made sure I knew how to use all the bells and whistles before I left the lot. I look forward to using this dealership for service as well.

We moved from out of town so this was my first time bringing my Lexus in for routine service. From making the appointment, scheduling options, and checking in with service everything went smoothly. The waiting area is comfortable and I was updated on progress and service was completed when and as expected. Very helpful and accommodating. Top notch customer service.
2026 Lexus IS 350 review
I needed another car because my car was on the outs and I had been googling and reviewing cars for about 6 months and Lexus really caught my eye. The ratings and comparisons to like cars was what made my decision for me. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks and it is a joy to drive. There are some safety additions I have to get used to but overall, I'm pretty happy with this vehicle.

I worked with Melissa Thompson at McGovern and she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, upfront and honest. I dread car shopping but she and her manager Tim Hall made it a great experience. They went above and beyond trying to find the right vehicle for me. I got a great deal from the start. I can't say enough good things about Melissa and team.
