I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.

We were immediately attended to and felt no pressure to immediately purchase. The salesperson, Alberto, is fantastic. Most professional and attentive. Took us through all the options and was not ???pushy???. We felt that he was working for us to get a great deal. Manager, Serg, is also a good asset to the team. Firstly, I was introduced to Hugh Bealka on a very busy Saturday. I wasn't intending on buying an Audi, but just browsing. After Hugh showed me the Q5 and going on a test drive, I was convinced that this might be the one. I was also looking at a new Lexus sedan. Thinking through it more carefully, I wanted to stay with an SUV and AWD. My wife and I proceeded with the Q5 purchase and Hugh was nothing short of fair, professional and genuine throughout the entire process. The dealership is spectacular and clean. If you ever want to consider a beautiful, excellent dealership, go to Audi of Maplewood and ask for Hugh. You will be very comfortable with the full process as Hugh will show you.

Matt Swoboda (sales manager) has always been friendly and ready to meet our every reasonable need. Gary Combs and Brian Sich have always ensured they listen to our needs and have directed us to vehicles that fit our requirements. The finance department (Aaron Cohen and staff) is one of the fastest that you will ever deal with. He will go to whatever level of details to ensure you understand the details of the financing of your car. The service department has always been top notch. Service and courtesy is what Woodhouse Lincoln does best, if not, talk to Matt. We have enjoyed our long relationship with this dealership and hope you enjoy it as well.
I was in the market for a good, used, fun car. Narrowed my list to MINI Countryman and Subaru Crosstrek. Found the MINI of my dreams at Infinity. Jake was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions about the car. After test driving, I told him I still wanted to try out the Subaru Crosstrek before making a decision. Well guess what. Within 15 minutes he had one on the lot for me to drive. WOW. Decided the MINI Countryman was the one and they threw in four new tires to seal the deal. What incredible customer service. In need of a car, go to this place first!
I purchased a used vehicle with an as-is condition status. The service engine light came on three days after purchase. I contacted the dealership and they made a good will one-time exception and fixed the problem. First class!
Some of the friendliest staff I have ever worked with. Brian was great and made everything really nice and easy for me. I was not able to purchase a car at that time but when I am ready I will definitely go back.
Gil my salesperson was just great to deal with. I really like this dealership, because they are not like any other dealership that I have dealt with in the past. They do not high pressure you to buy a car. The credit manager was great! He went over the details of the contract and mentioned options as far as warranty, etc. No high pressure sales at this dealership. !! It is very refreshing to find a dealership like Lexus of Colorado. Highly recommend.

I have had the best experience ever from the beginning to the end. Landon Puffer was so nice, informative and just a friendly person who won my confidence and trust when making my decision in buying my Forester. I felt like I was talking to a family member about a car and not a salesperson in it for their own benefit. The entire staff was very helpful and welcomed me, my son-in-law and daughter and their service dog Levi.
Recently my husband and I bought our third Lexus from Superstition Springs Lexus. As with the last two experiences buying from this dealer, we have not been disappointed. Eddie and Mark were the two salesmen who helped us- which is another example of the professionalism shown by everyone at this dealership.
We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.
The general manager, knowing we had another place to be, did all that he could to expedite the sale. We were able to have a great car, at an amazing price, with a sale completed in less than 90 minutes.
We have NEVER had a problem with a Lexus and find the service department to be impeccable as well.
Nice comfortable facility. Friendly staff. Good location. Loaner car if needed. No high pressure sales so the whole experience was very pleasant. If you are looking for a Lexus this is a nice place to shop.

I brought my vehicle in for the repair to my sensor. Ron Stevenson in service was the person who greeted me at my appointment time. He was courteous and was very helpful...asked if I needed a shuttle home and gave me the senerio of what they would check on to fix the problem. This is the 3rd time I have brought my vehicle to Roseville VW. I trust them to do the job right and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Again they did not disappoint. Thanks to Ron and the crack staff this was a great experience. I highly recommend this business.
