2024 Lexus NX 250 review
This car is my third Lexus NX, so it's obvious I love the NX's. This car shifts easily, highway noise is minimal depending on the road surfacing, workmanship is perfect and the salesman was super in finding the right car for me with the options I wanted. Lexus cars and dealerships are the best; p.s. my husband has an RX.

From the moment I pulled into Autos of Dallas Plano, I somehow knew Quinten, aka Q, was going to be my salesperson. 😂 His personality was immediately down-to-earth and familiar—like talking to somebody in the family instead of a car salesman. Within just a few minutes of conversation, I realized Q was going to be honest, fair, respectful, and trustworthy. I genuinely felt like he wasn’t going to put me in a vehicle that he wouldn’t feel comfortable putting one of his own family members in, and that meant a lot to me. At one point, Q received a call from his son’s school and immediately went into Daddy Mode. I respected that more than he probably realized because family comes first. It also told me something about his character outside of simply trying to make a sale. Most importantly, Q kept his word. From beginning to end, he made the process comfortable, straightforward and memorable—and I had my keys in less than 24 hours! 🚙🔑 I saw some of the less-than-favorable reviews about this dealership before purchasing, so I want to be very clear: my review is as real as it gets. I can only speak about my transaction and my experience with Q, but Autos of Dallas should be proud to have him on their team. He is the total opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson. Character, integrity, honesty and respect still matter, and Q demonstrated all of them throughout my transaction. I also have to shout out Justin in Finance! Another proud family man, easy to talk to, and his office is a whole ZEN VIBE! 😂 Even the finance portion of the process felt relaxed instead of stressful or pressured. 2025 Lexus NX 250 review
downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.
