I used the service department on my Lexus rx 350 and Diego was great. Very accommodating. They replaced my wipers and now they work great. Diego was really on top of things. He arranged for me to even get a loaner car while they were servicing my car.

My sales professional Michael D'Angelo was very helpful and courteous. He took his time explaining everything and I'm very happy with the deal and car. Highly recommend.
2019 Lexus NX 300 review
We’ve owned Lexus cars for the past almost three decades, between ES, LS, RX Andrew note that we moved to the city wanted a smaller SUV. So we opted for this NX300. Meets expectations. It doesn’t have the comfortable plush ride like my LS460, but it’s almost as good a ride as my last three RX350’s in a smaller size. It’s very comfortable for the size and hugs the road well. It’s reasonably quiet for the size.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Road Ready Auto MallReviews
Road Ready Auto Mall review
I had an excellent experience with Road Ready Auto Mall. I purchased a Ford Transit 250, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Mike was extremely professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He answered every question clearly and made sure I understood every step without any pressure. What stood out most was his transparency. No hidden surprises. No unnecessary upsells. Just straightforward business done the right way. The vehicle was exactly as described, practically brand new, and the quality exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for someone you can trust, Mike is the person to talk to. Highly recommend Road Ready Auto Mall.
