Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. Amir Mahdi was a joy to be around, upfront and honest from start to finish and driving away in my brand new SUV. The pressure, the back and forth, and that feeling of just wanting to get through the process and leave. This was my first Lexus, and I had no idea how different the experience could be. James was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel relaxed. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. He answered every question I had and made what is normally a stressful process actually enjoyable. He also went out of his way to help me, even getting me answers and information on his days off (sorry, James!). Whenever I had a question, he was incredibly quick to get back to me. That kind of care and attention really stood out. The rest of the sales department was just as wonderful. Everyone was understanding, easy to work with, and made the entire process feel simple. I went in buying my first Lexus. I left a Lexus mark for life. Thank you again to James and the entire team. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. My new car was detailed, filled up with gas and off I went. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Go GET a LEXUS!

It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.
