Exceptional Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Draper Working with Andrew Plumer, General Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Draper, completely restored my faith in the car-buying experience. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted — a specific exterior color and a very hard-to-find interior color — and those were the only things I was not willing to compromise on. Even though the Draper dealership did not have my exact color combination in stock, Andrew took the time to truly listen to what mattered to me. He never tried to push me in a different direction and instead reassured me that he would continue searching until we found the right vehicle. From the start, we worked transparently through the numbers. I came in informed about the incentives Mercedes-Benz was offering, and I was pleasantly surprised to see every applicable incentive already included in the initial paperwork — no pressure, no games, and no need for me to ask. That level of honesty immediately set Andrew apart. I’ve had a negative experience at another dealership in the past and honestly told myself I would never work with another dealership or salesperson again. Andrew completely changed that for me. He was patient, kind, and never once became frustrated — even knowing my expectations were specific and non-negotiable. Andrew, along with Corey, truly went above and beyond by locating my exact vehicle at a Mercedes-Benz dealership out of state and making it happen. When the car arrived, Corey made sure everything was absolutely perfect — the car was spotless, beautifully prepared, and he took the time to walk me through the features and ensure I was comfortable with how everything worked. This was, without question, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. 2022 Lexus NX 350 review
I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

My primary 'experience' with CarMax has been the sale of my 2012 Lexus RX350, high mileage car. The car was assessed, evaluated and taken in as a purchased rig. As usual, with used car selling, the price initially seemed a bit low, but realistic. In the interim, as a 'second' car, it was blocking my driveway, so clearing the decks was in order. The young lady handling the transaction seemed knowledgeable in all the aspects and paperwork of the transaction, so it all ran smoothly. I then put the check in the bank and paid my property taxes! There's a good chance I'll be back.....(I don't do this sort of thing every day!
2024 Lexus NX 350 review
2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

2022 Lexus NX 350 review
August 14, 2022 The only things that I am disappointed with the 2022 NX 350 are: 1) Software issues with CarPlay. 2) Luggage racks that came three months after purchase. 3) Purchase of tow package with car but no tow hitch accessory available through Lexus. The latter is most offensive in that Lexus built in a tow package, with an associated cost, into my car but there is not a tow hitch available to use. If a tow package is offered, and is purchased, Lexus should assure the customer that they can attach a tow hitch!
