It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. Because I was traveling from out of state during a holiday week, flexibility was key. Slava gave me plenty of time to plan pickup, which made the process stress-free. Lexus of Portland arranged airport transportation and welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The dealership experience felt truly luxurious, complete with snacks, beverages, and a beautifully prepared vehicle with a bow, ready for a test drive. Slava took us on a drive to demonstrate the GX’s features and made everything easy to understand. We also worked with a tech specialist who helped personalize the vehicle and showed us even more features. Paperwork was quick and seamless, and we were on the road in no time. Even after the purchase, Slava and Lexus of Portland have continued to follow up to ensure everything is going smoothly. I was waitlisted with seven different Lexus dealerships, and they were by far the best to work with. I cannot recommend Slava and Lexus of Portland highly enough.
