I’ve never been in a BMW dealership before and was very pleasantly surprised. Seems to me the sales people are a “ cut or two” above the typical car salesman. I worked with Eric and Art on a purchase of a used vehicle. No pressure, not pushy, and no BS. We agreed on terms and price and my wife and I left as very happy customers.
As usual, recent, routine service appointment went according to plan with no surprises. Service advisor, Andrew, was courteous and efficient. Waited while service was performed and car was ready sooner than promised.
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Night and day difference from our last buying experience. These guys (and gals) generally care about you and make you feel like an actual person, not just another number/commission. The no-pressure culture ensures that customer service is a top priority. This dealership did all that they possibly could to get us into the car we wanted, and for that we will forever be grateful! I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market, and when the time rolls around, I will be going back for any future vehicle needs.
Spent 2 days, 5 hours total to get myself into a new to me car. I had an idea of what I wanted and AP Moore worked with me and the financing department to get me out of there. Great experience overall!!!
I upgraded from my 2014 Lexus IS 250 to a shiny, new Lexus IS 300 F Sport!! The service and promptness is always exceptional at Akron Canton Lexus. Working with Ruth Ham and Dan Smith was flawless and fun! Ruth even had a giant red bow on the car for my birthday!! Brandon did an amazing job at helping me understand all of the bells and whistles of my car without it being tedious. Treat yourself and go!

I have not owned a Lexus, or even visited a dealership before, but I was blown away with the way David and Metro Lexus provide a customer experience like none other. I must say that I am still looking at cars, and have not decided on which car is right for me, but I can say that I wish all cars that interest me were sold/serviced in the way that David and Metro presented the Lexus experience. I highly recommend that you visit Metro and ask for David; you won???t be disappointed.
I want thank my salesman Tone for everything. He tried to put me into a new Toyota, but the timing wasn't right. Cause a lot of things have change int eh past few years. So I told Tone that i will hold off for now on getting a new Toyota. And he was very understandable about my decision. So I bought out my lease and I will see him in a few years when things have changed. Thanks for everything Tone. And tell Ryan thanks again for all his help.
I cannot speak highly enough for the attitudes, quality, and experience that my wife and I received at Michael Ray. The car was exactly how the pictures showed it to be, they were generous with letting us drive it around for as long as we wanted, and gave us a very generous trade-in credit for our car. We didn't know if we'd be buying a car that day, but we were thrilled to drive one of their vehicles home. We expressed concerns about one small issue with the car at time of purchase and they happily sent us over to a local mechanic's store to resolve the issue as part of the purchase price. That company was equally as professional and skilled and the whole experience made us feel like we were well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends whenever they are in the market for a used vehicle. It's been....3? 4? weeks now since purchase, my wife loves driving it, and it hasn't spontaneously blown up or fallen apart on the road or made me think for one minute that the car is anything less than a stable and comfortable vehicle.
