Lexus of Cerritos review
We met with Sergio, our Lexus pro who thoroughly led us through the process of the vehicle we chose and introducing us to the dealership and the staff. He went out of his way to find the make, model, and color we wanted. He made the whole purchasing process easy and with Jennie, in purchasing, made easy work in driving off with our new car

Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills review
Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. Aleem drove up to deliver the car and flew back to Los Angeles! He was more than helpful and patient walking me through the paperwork and going over the features of the car. A true class act. Thank you AZ and Aleem!

Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills review
I always bring my Lexus to this dealer for service. I find the service managers with whom I have worked over the last few years at the Olympic Blvd. location to be very helpful, reliably communicative, attentive to my concerns, and a pleasure with whom to deal. I have had the pleasure to work with Eddie, Freddie, and most recently, Angel, who inspired me to write this review.

Lexus Santa MonicaReviews
Lexus Santa Monica review
I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. My new car was detailed, filled up with gas and off I went. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Go GET a LEXUS!

I worked with Brandon Takeuchi and he was very helpful and professional. He got us through the process quickly and we finished finance on the same day. I bought a new ES350h and he explained all the details very well. This is the second car I’ve bought at this Southbay dealership and purchased my first ES350 2024 model with Sachi and that was a good experience also.

I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. Next day I went in and he along with his manager assisted me with professionalism and I came out a happy customer. Will definitely recommend these guys.

Lexus of Cerritos review
I recently picked up a pre owned GX460 Luxury from Lexus of Cerritos, and I couldn't be happier! I was just looking around for a classic V8 without any rush, but the team here really won me over. I had originally planned to view this model at 3 different dealerships but the team here really impressed me. A huge shoutout to Brandon, Eddie, and their manager Rudy, they were upfront and easy to work with, with no pressure. Jennie in finance was just as wonderful, and GM Nick even took the time to make sure everything was perfect for me. This was honestly the best car purchase experience thus far, even compared to buying new Lexus?s from other dealerships. I highly recommend them.
2026 Lexus RX 350h review
The car is beautiful and the interior is very nice. The steering wheel controls for the various function is not easy to understand and make adjustments. It gets the advertised MPG with the Hybrid set up. Acceleration is a little slow but it has plenty of power for me. I would recommend this car.

Lexus Santa Monica review
We met a very helpful internet sales rep named Maria, whose communication skills set her apart from the other Lexus dealerships. She was lovely and knowledgeable in person. We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.
