Car is ok but a very expensive Highlander! The same noisy weak highlander engine drivetrain, brakes. Honestly you’d be getting an almost equally car with the top of the line Toyota platinum Highlander , for less money

We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. First Lexus I have owned (RX350L--AWD/Premium). Absolute pleasure to drive, smooth riding, very responsive, very quiet, very comfortable, more than enough quick power. Very pleasing to the eye. Third row seating is for small children or pets only but with those seats down there is very decent cargo space which the non-L version doesn't provide. Once familiar with the Remote Touch Interface it is easy to use and not the frustration many reviews suggest and in fact using it one doesn't have the distraction of reaching over to touch a screen. Super nice vehicle. If a bit bigger might live in it.
