We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

2019 Lexus RX 350L review
First Lexus I have owned (RX350L--AWD/Premium). Absolute pleasure to drive, smooth riding, very responsive, very quiet, very comfortable, more than enough quick power. Very pleasing to the eye. Third row seating is for small children or pets only but with those seats down there is very decent cargo space which the non-L version doesn't provide. Once familiar with the Remote Touch Interface it is easy to use and not the frustration many reviews suggest and in fact using it one doesn't have the distraction of reaching over to touch a screen. Super nice vehicle. If a bit bigger might live in it.

2019 Lexus RX 350L review

The staff here was amazing! Not pushy at all. They got me into a car I LOVE with zero credit! I was worried with the breaking down van I brought in and zero credit. I figured I'd be walking out of the dealership. These guys went above and beyond! Eric and Larry helped me find a cute affordable kia forte that I couldn't leave without, and i didn't. There was a tire pressure sensor on and they had all new tires put on before the paperwork was done. After leaving the dealership, over the next few days, I had questions, they were all answered to my satisfaction and very promptly. I recommend them to everyone looking for a new vehicle. Im ready for a bigger vehicle for my growing family and can't wait to see what I come home in!!! 10 out of 10 recommend. I take 5 star ratings seriously and they are difficult to earn by me. Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.
