McGrath Lexus Chicago review
I was impressed! The overall aesthetic and environment are very welcoming. It’s probably the nicest Lexus I’ve visited. All staff are very welcoming. Waiting areas are comfortable. Sales staff are relatable and make everything easy and stress-free. Other things I enjoyed include: low wait-times, the options for food and drinks, the Lexus swag shop, and of course, the photo op with a red bow with my vehicle purchase. They have amazing technicians that teach you all of the technology and get everything set up for you. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership!!

Oil change and 5000 miles inspection: took less than 1 hour, waiting room was comfortable and there were lots of ?goodies?, service agent had my car washed. I was clean and the tires were shined. Excellent experience. I will retire in the future.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership nearly ten years ago and again in early May 2026. Both experiences were excellent. The team is easy to work with, professional, and maintains a relaxed, customer-friendly approach. They are also committed to making things right if any discrepancies arise. They offer a great selection of high-quality, high-end vehicles. Thank you, Crossroads Car and Truck, for another positive experience.

Wanted to give a huge thank you to Brandon Shields. He honestly was nothing short of incredible. From his time, patience and being beyond kind to me. I bought. ‘25 Tucson Blue from Rick Case in Florida and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. He took all my fears and reassured me this time wouldn’t be the same. Being a real estate broker myself, and in sales, I’d recommend him any day! Gentleman, kind, fun and understanding! Huge thank you to Brandon for excellence in customer service and making me feel at ease!

Lexus of Greenwood Village review
I went in today to look at some Lexus’s since I was trading in my Range Rover sport. I’ve had Lexus’s in the past and they’re so reliable and nice. Max in sales was incredible to work with. He listened to my wants/needs and prioritized everything and also got me the best deal. His customer service was also wonderful! Their dealership is clean with beautiful amenities too! I’m now and forever a Lexus girl thanks to Max!!

I was unable to get to their lot In time, so missed out on a great deal. But, they were cordial and had me scheduled for the next morning…sold that afternoon.
