I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.
2020 Lexus RX 450h review
A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

this is a new experience, internet car buying. i been browsing for a week or two when a 2025, 812 mils, fair price jeep, grand cherokee was aired at superstition springs lexus. mesa, az scared me, i'm prescott,az.. my contact initially was mayra. she answered key questions. i was determined to see this suv.. before leaving i was contacted by john meyers. he was going to be my sales person. i hoped he knew something about jeeps. my terms were, reasonable trade in for my honda, CRV, jeep had as advertised, and cash difference. john walked me through the jeep details. i was quite pleased with his knowledge from front to back, he knew jeeps. after a test dr. the wheels went into motion. a women, i believe was called heather made sure i had coffee, water, and snacks. the sales process was in motion, john was busy,alerting every office involved in my purchase. i was out and on the road after several hrs. it was a good experience. i like my jeep!
2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! I would definitely recommend this dealership if your looking for a vehicle. They are very professional, and they can have someone bring you the cars you want to test drive to your house. I have kids didn't want to take them car shopping, not only is it stressful but its a headache. They brought the vehicle to my house that was in eagle mountain that is a 45min to an hour drive for 25 dollar fee. I can not tell you how nice and awesome that was. The driver was professional and kind talked to my kids. all around I will defiantly be going back to the dealer in the future and also referring people to this dealer.
2013 Lexus RX 450h review
Had a rx 350 prior to this one I purchased. Got this one used w/ 32,500 on it. Wow what a great ride AWD with snow mode, sport mode, eco mode. Sport mode tends to tighten up the car w quicker steering and tighter suspension. Snow mode is for you know Snow. Eco mode gives it a floating feeling. I also tow my 2200# pop up with ease.

It be good car for you. Comfortable and nice to front seat are nice but seat bottoms get hard so need a cushion but other than that very good.
