It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). 2019 Lexus RX 450h review
After owning Toyotas since 1984, decided to upgrade to a Lexus…. Best decision I’ve ever made regarding SUV…. Sharp looking, beautiful interior, ride is very comfortable and hold its value…. It certainly won’t be my last!! Excellent reliability…. You won’t be disappointed!!

They both were very kind and helpful and made the process an ease! I was thinking of other options but since they were amazing I went with them instead if your looking for a car I highly recommend you ask for either of these two women they are a great help!
2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.
