She was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus. Since I live almost 60 miles away, Jodi helped me out a lot by negotiating my trade-in value and new vehicle price over the phone. It made the overall purchase process much faster as I was able to get in and out of the dealership under 2 hours. Scott A. was very patient with me. He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. He was extremely busy and he still made a point to make sure I understood everything I needed to know. The dealership was fair with me on my trade-in. They were transparent with their pricing and did not have any hidden costs that were a surprise to me when I sat down with the finance office. I’ve found other dealerships around the Denver area not so honest and straightforward with me. James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. My his his and and I came from Canada for a long way trip with our new car. We only star Omaha for a night, but the car displayed the oil maintenance needed. As we only stay Omaha for one night and needed a 9 hours drive to a other City. So urgent maintenance was required, I callled the LEXUS Omaha service center. The front told us that the appointments were complètely full for at least 3 days and have us an appointment at day 4. We could not wait and décided to try to take the chance to go the service center earlier in the morning without the appointment that day, the garage manager receipt us with warm and kind attitude and gave us service immediately. We really feel at home and appreciate such a great service. We would absoluteley give our heartiest thanks for such a kind and great service!!!

I took my car to Lexus of Omaha for 110,000 mile servicing on July 16. The assistant was very courteous and was able to meet me immediately and confirm that service would take up to two hours including time to wash the car after services. Jesse followed up with me after service was completed and he was very courteous and explained in detail what parts of the vehicle had been checked. He showed me what parts had been replaced and said the brakes and tires and other important parts were all within safe guidelines. My car was very clean and shiny after the wash.
