I recently purchased a 2025 Tacoma TRD Pro in Mudbath from CMA's Toyota of Martinsburg, and I can honestly say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Living in DC, I first tried local dealerships like Passport, Koons, and Sheehy—but all I got was poor service, condescending attitudes, and no willingness to work with me. In contrast, when I contacted CMA, Stephen Goldbranson reached out immediately and went above and beyond to help me get the exact truck I wanted, at the price I was looking for. Keith Barrow in finance was equally professional—he didn’t try to upsell or push financing on me. I had my own financing and only wanted the Toyota extended warranties. They also matched my CarMax trade-in offer, saving me a trip and avoiding the low-ball offers I got elsewhere. When I arrived, the truck was washed, gassed, and ready to go. Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.
