My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

It's the most beautifully designed and engineered car we've ever seen, and we're thrilled with it. Katie's communication was excellent throughout the whole process. She was so sweet that she sent a very thoughtful and awesome gift package so my wife had something to open at Christmas since the car did not arrive until January. Katie is the absolute best. She made us feel like family, as did the sales finance manager Brian Arnold, who took time to have a sincere personal conversation with us and answer any questions we had. Complete honesty and transparency at every point in the purchase process. Top shelf experience. We bought our first Lexus from Sewell Lexus of Dallas 20 years ago, and will continue to be loyal customers. 2024 Lexus TX 350 review
Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.
