I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. He not only listened to what I needed he made sure to look through inventory to find exactly the car I wanted. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and great to talk to. Ivan is the manager and he too made a genuine effort to find the car I needed and not one just to make a sale. David the finance person gave me a great percentage I was able to purchase the car I needed but really wanted.
