Lexus treats its customers the way I expect to be treated. I always say you get what you pay for. Justin and Michael put a tool in my car that was missing when I got the car. All in all I love my car and this dealership. I will always lease a Lexus.

Lexus of Akron-Canton review
I contacted the Lexus dealership helping one of my sons who is looking at a Lexus NX...Yoko took the call and provided exceptional customer service and information to help us with the process...where most dealerships rely on AI or call centers, it was refreshing to talk with a professional who was both knowledgeable and patient to answer my questions...definitely 5-star quality and service...thank you Yoko, for your time and assistance with the buying experience!
