I had an outstanding service experience at CDJR of Tampa Bay on July 16, 2026, and I wanted to recognize the entire team for their professionalism and exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely courteous. My service advisor, Michael Martinez (I hope I have his name correct), set the tone for an exceptional visit. He greeted me warmly, clearly explained my service options, and even spotted a nail in one of my tires that I hadn't noticed. Since I'm currently on a road trip from Maryland and will be driving all the way back home, that simple observation likely saved me from a major inconvenience, or worse, during my return trip. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and commitment to my safety. I was also impressed by the dealership itself. The facility was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The waiting area was inviting, and the complimentary refreshments were plentiful and thoughtfully stocked. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the digital vehicle inspection video. Being able to actually see my vehicle while the technician explained the inspection findings and maintenance recommendations was incredibly helpful. That level of transparency built a great deal of confidence and trust. It's such an outstanding idea that I'll be recommending it to my home service center in Maryland. Thank you to Michael and the entire CDJR of Tampa Bay team for delivering a first-class experience. Even though I'm from Maryland, this visit left a lasting impression. Pleasant, professional, and timely experience with Fishers Imports NW - with a few exceptions. They included a "Fishers Gold Package" which is simply the dealers fee of ~$600. (The typical dealer fee in Indiana is ~$200 according to AI). The used car we purchased was not adequately detailed (much dog hair which was addressed & spilled sticky substance on the back seat and carpet which was not). The GM/service rep were supposed to reach out to me on the Monday following the sale of the car regarding the cars alignment, they did not. I had to call them. The phone call was necessary because it wasn't clear from the dealer paperwork (that I had to request because it was not offered to me at the sale) what service they actually completed on the car. There was only a checklist that indicated "pass" on the items they had listed. I had to pay for a necessary alignment elsewhere.
2024 Lexus TX 500h review
I think this Lexus new model TX nails all the bells and whistles for a three row vehicle, and with the 2025 model TX Im waiting to see what else they can improve on.
