I just purchased my 3rd Lexus from this dealership and can only say good things about them. My sales person, Jon Wylie, is knowledgable and deals with me in an honest and friendly manner. The finance person, Derrick Brickhouse, another very personable employee, respected my wishes for a low-key and efficient closing process. I can't say enough good about this dealership.

He was very informative as he fielded our every question. When we met with him for pick up, he exercised great patience in the in car tutorial. We are older and not very tech savvy and Michael hung in there as we fumbled through, reassuring and extremely helpful. We had a sit down with Derrick to go over what other services we might want to purchase. He, too, was both professional, informative and personable. He recognized our specific needs and made no attempt to convince us to purchase more than suited us. The entire experience, from start to finish, was a pleasure.

We had particular needs as used car buyers. We were looking for a "bridge" car to get us through a period of time before we are ready to purchase a new car. Joe Meyers answered all of our questions with clarity and honesty, which we appreciated. He was showed us many vehicles and offered the pros and cons of purchasing each one. Wonderful operation from top to bottom. I visited 7 dealers in 3 days. The staff made the decision easy, very easy. Melissa my sales associate is a total professional who takes pride in her work and the company she represents. A pure pleasure, now I see why Lexus has the highest repeat ownership and this dealer is a perfect example of that excellence.
My Sales Associate Melissa Horan could not have been more accommodating and professional. A total pleasure to work with. She really went above and beyond. What perplexed me was my new car was not vacuumed, scuff marks on the doors and the tires weren't even armoralled (not sure that's a word) . Not what I expected from Lexus. Lincoln delivered my car freshly waxed, interior spotless and tires armoralled. This was a let down.
Excellent experience in the service department. Scheduled regular maintenance for my Lexus GX 460. Love that they wash and towel dry my car each and every time! Professional service from Ryan Dolan and staff. Informed me that the service was free of charge for 5,000 and 10,000 miles. Awesome! Accommodations were great as usual. Wait time as expected, was less than an hour. Thanks again!

My Sales person Rafael Rosario was exceptional, professional, direct, no haggling and respectful. My salesman, Jason Spencer to me is what Audi Hawthorne stands for. Intergrity and service. It's not a slap on the back type of dealership. This is an all in place where from sales to service you are appreciated for not only buying but serviceing the vehicle as well.
