Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I went from an Audi A5 to a Rx350. I had my reservations, but I love the Rx. Very reliable and amazing comfort. It was worth the switch.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.

Absolutely love everything about the car. I would only say I’m missing a bit of storage in front (sunglasses, etc). Love the size, options, speed, comfort - smooth ride. Everything else is perfection!!
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

Great performance and enjoyable driving sedan. Lexus has definitely got it right. I have owned several Lexus sedans and this is my favorite from the stand point of affordability, performance, and space for all our needs.
Well nothing is perfect, this car definitely met all of my needs. It drives smoothly, it’s just a little low to the ground so I’m constantly worried to scrape the bottom. I would definitely buy this car again.
This purchase is my third Lexus over the years. Being a Loyal Toyota fan for reliability and longevity, Lexus is by far the best vehicles I have ever owned. Finding the exact car, color, and options was perfect on cars.com. Got a fantastic deal and am extremely satisfied.
Very poor quality, just past 50,00 miles and A/C blows hot air. Can not image this bad from Lexus. My Kia and Toyota had no A/C issue for over 100,00 miles. This is my first Lexus and will be the last. Not reliable at all.
I bought a car there in 2015. The car has a few more miles now of course, but non the less an outstanding, reliable, clean car from the start. No problem with it still. I made a good choice with this dealership!!

Like everything BUT especially the surround visability. 90,000 miles. Will not trade up to newer model if I can help it, as the windows get shorter and windshield more slanted which cuts visibility. If I do it will be only a few years newer than ‘09. Purchased from showroom with 39,000 miles and didn't realized for a short time that it was used. Have ordered new Buicks every five years but interiors became too inclosed and visability poor/dangerous. Appears Lexus maybe going the same way with the rx.
My wife's new car kept dying on her & my two year old! Service department tried convincing my wife that it wouldn't hurt to drive the dying, messed up car back home & drive it through the weekend. After all it was still under warranty so if she left the parking lot & the motor blew up it would be covered.
However (Piresa Willis)the lady who sold us my wife's car! went above & beyond to get my wife & daughter home safely.... Thankyou Piresa willis & whoever helped in getting my wife & daughter home safely.

This vehicle has a lot to offer in the spectrum of stylish exterior and a cockpit essence of the interior. Similar competitors in this segment have a more kick, and maybe better gas mileage. In 2018/2019, achieving 24 mpg on average with premium gasoline for not much speed feels terrible. I am currently downsizing this vehicle for something more practical.
Mrs Mary was excellent to work with. She was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted at the cost & payment most suitable for me. She had everything prepared prior to me getting there. Closing on the deal was very fast. I was there a total time of maybe 30 minutes. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Very noisy on road and not enough leg room.
Quite surprised that this type of vehicle is so nosy on road (after the second set of tires) and that legroom is insufficient.
Very friendly atmosphere. Salesmans very knowledgeable. Makes sure you have the best customer experience. You will be so happy with the service as well as your new vehicle !! 🤗🤗

This is my 5th Lexus ES (2018 ES 350). Excellent car. Never had a problem with any of them. However I do have some gripes. They are management related, not a fault of the car. For the 1st year, I was able to use the remote cellphone app which enabled me to check my car's location, start the car remotely, etc. After the 1st year the remote app stopped working & I was told I could pay a monthly fee to reactivate it. This rubs me the wrong way. That app should be included for as long as the 1st owner has the car. The other gripe I have is the remote start would work from the key fob by pressing a specific key sequence. That also stopped working after the 1st year. Even when it did work, the car would shut off as soon as you opened a door. That doesn't make sense. The problem this causes is that I have a one-car garage. I keep the Lexus in the garage so it is not a huge issue. However my wife has a Lincoln SUV which we keep parked outside. We live in PA where winters can be cold. My wife uses the remote starter all the time. She will be trading her car in next year & I suggested she get a Lexus SUV. She said absolutely not because she can't live without the remote starter Especially one that turns off when you open a door. Most definitely a LOST SALE.
These guys always take care of my vehicle. Dropped my vehicle off at 8 AM and it was ready before noon!

Love this SUV! Rides smooth and comfy. It's a total different experience for me and I love it. I have to get used to the size still but that slowly but surely happening. It was purchased used but looked as if it was a 2019 as opposed to 2016 with only $23K miles on it. No regrets on this Lexus and so far, others love it too!

Very smooth ride, handles well, very easy to drive, excellent front and back lights, very good power. Very good technology. Can not beat a Toyota for longevity and reliability.
Purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 on 2/21/18 from Marketplace.. Let me first start of by saying from the first minute I walked in the door I felt very welcomed. I was very pleased to have had the pleasure to meeting our amazing salesman Michael Lafitte. He not only was very polite, well dressed, but he was also very respectful and very well mattered. This car is great for road trips or errands around town. It is just an easy car to drive. The controls are easy to access and the keyless entry makes getting in and out of the car a breeze.Very reliable so there is no need to worry about being stranded.
