Heller FordReviews
Heller Ford review
Over the years I have bought/leases a fair number of vehicles. You have those good and bad dealerships, but it's rare you get the good fortune of dealing with an exceptional dealership. I can honestly say I have only had three (3) exceptional dealerships that I had the pleasure of working with; Heller Ford is one of them. Look for further than Heller Ford for your vehicle needs. Although I did not buy a Ford, they sold me a Lucid Air that was on their used car lot. I really loath those dealers that run you around circles, throwing in extra fees, and just wasting my time. Heller is not one of them. They will give you the best deal they can. Thank you to Jason and Kris for your fine work!!!!

CarMax SchaumburgReviews
CarMax Schaumburg review
I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. Now, two weeks on, I'm very pleased with my car and experience. Thanks!
2017 Lexus LX 570 review
This is my 3rd and I have to say, the best cars I ever owned. I wish I could have been able to order the base model in the new 600 but they did not want to do that at any Lexus dealership and charged $ 30,000 over sticker price. I decided, this time I just get a used one. 2017 with all the bells and whistles! Will never drive another car! I keep getting them every 5-6 years!

Autos of Chicago review
I am beyond thrilled with my 2023 Maserati Grecale from Autos of Chicago. Chris provided exceptional used car dealer services throughout the process. He was highly professional, transparent, and completely pressure-free. I strongly recommend visiting this dealership for your next vehicle purchase.
2016 Lexus LX 570 review
The LX570 is extremely well designed and is a very attractive automobile. The LX has always provided me with comfortable, dependable, safe transportation. I have owned at least seven or more Lexus automobiles and everything has been a first rate experience with class starting with the company support, the automobiles, dealer organization/ sales/service, and warranty or paid for repairs.

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler Willy Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had in my 45 years of driving and owning cars. Scott W. the dealer was pleasant to work with, no pressure sales. The dealership is 1&1/2 hours away and I would definitely go back when we are looking for our next vehicle.

2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

BMW of Peoria review
My husband and I absolutely love this dealership! We’ve been doing business here for almost 4 years, with our most-recent purchase being earlier this month. Aaron Jones was our salesman for a second time, and he did not fail to come through again. He listens to his customers and tries his best to deliver. Every interaction that we’ve had at BMW of Peoria, from the front door, to management, to sales, to finance, to the service department have all been pleasant experiences. This dealership always has a really great selection of vehicles, and it is our dealership of choice!

L-certified has the best warranty even better than the brand new one. ^ years unlimited mileage manufacturer's comprehensive warranty and 4 scheduled maintenance from the date of purchase complimentary.

I had a great experience with Ed Maroon. He made me feel very comfortable. Lexus always treats me right.
2024 Lexus NX 350 review
2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

2021 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

Hit something on the interstate and damaged a tire. — Rodney got me a new tire and all set within 2 days. Also reminded me to stay under 50 mph on the spare which was probably a good thing. I know I can always count on Rodney shoop.

BMW of Peoria review
Once again BMW of Peoria did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. Ken Reardon is an amazing client advisor and Clinton and Alex do an awesome job as well. They both went above and beyond to get a deal done. Lucas their BMW Genius also did an amazing job helping us understand the technology side of the car and getting our different driver profiles established. Our new M5 is everything we were looking for in a new vehicle. I would recommend BMW of Peoria to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
2024 Lexus RX 500h review
Purchased 2024 new and have just 7k miles. Beautiful SUV, great exterior and interior. So comfortable to drive and gets up and goes. My only issue is for gas mileage does not appear to get as advertised. What service has told me is due to living in Kansas with many different temperatures, gas additives and needing to drive in ECO mode all the time. Other than this love this SUV

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.
