Lexus of Louisville review
I’ve purchased over 30 cars and this was by far the best experience. Everyone on the phones were so pleasant and helpful. The sales staff and finance team were all top notch. I called from out of state and had some questions that were answered quickly and professionally. I flew in the next day and was offered a ride from the airport. My car was sitting out front, ready to go, when I arrived. I was on the road back home in less than 30 minutes and couldn’t have been happier. Thanks everyone for a great experience!
2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I had a great time at Lexus; Joesph Minster and I looked for a good car for me and voila, we found the car in never knew I needed. Joesph was very patient with me even though I was being very indecisive. Had a great visit and coming back soon.

Smoothest car buying experience I've ever had, highly recommend going to see Mariah Lange. She helped me out with picking out the exact truck i wanted and also with financing. Couldn't ask for a better!
2021 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic vehicle! I traded my ‘17 on a Range Rover and regret every single day. Here is my issue - performance. At 302, the horsepower is too low for a vehicle of this size. I also have a Volvo S60 T6 and even its engine cranks out more ponies.

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

O'Brien Ford of Shelbyville review
My family has purchased four vehicles from O?Brien Ford. They make purchasing a vehicle a far better experience than any other dealership I have ever visited. Their employees are friendly, informative and not high pressure. I feel that we?ve always gotten fair trade values and fair purchase prices at O?Brien.
2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

We received a great and fair deal and appreciate all that Cody did to make it happen.
2024 Lexus NX 450h+ review
Purchase the car a month ago and already has 850miles. Car feel great in regard, power and maneuverability. Only one major this Miles/gallon. My longest trip was between San Diego and Phoenix and back. On the way there I got max 36.5 m/g. On the way back 35.00. I hardly made it to San Diego. Tank is only 12 gal. so 36/84 m/g ....not true not even 50 miles per gal. Dealer did not explain how to drive, what to do to get maximum miles per gallon. Will take another trip probably 800 miles back and forth, will let you know in my next review

2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

2018 Lexus RX 450h review
I purchased a 2018 Lexus RX 450h about 2 months ago. I've put around 5,000 Mi on it with no problems. It's been averaging around 30 miles to the gallonfor my city and highway driving around St Louis area. Car is very comfortable and easy to drive, actually feeling like it just drives itself for the most part. It's a fully loaded model with everything on it that I was looking for in a nice comfortable used vehicle.

2021 Lexus UX 250h review
I have had this car for 6 months now and overall I am happy with my purchase. I have not driven it in snow yet- my previous car was a Subaru crosstrek that did well in the snow, I got the AWD UX but it is lower to the ground so we’ll see how it does in comparison. The cup holder/controls situation is annoying. The cup holders are directly in front of the buttons so if you put a cup in there your moving it around to get to the control buttons- annoying. The remote start through the app is spotty for me. It at times takes multiple attempts to connect to get it to start- and not just when im in an area of bad service. The wireless charging which I thought would be useful is not. With CarPlay you have to have your phone plugged into the USB for it to connect. So there’s no point in using the wireless charging. Which also charges very slow. The interior is small and was an adjustment compared to previous cars because I feel the windshield visibility was lower. So far this hasn’t been a problem because there is so many safety features- blind spot, lane keep, cross traffic monitoring. Because of all these my insurance only went up by a few dollars a month when switching. I do not mind the track pad but a touchscreen would be a nice upgrade in the future, and I do agree that the analog clock on the dash is dumb. I did recently hit a trash can that knocked my mirror off. Due to all the special things the mirror had this is estimated nearly $1,000 to fix. Which I think is a lot for a mirror and something that could easily happen. Some models have auto retract mirrors- also would be a nice upgrade in the future. I will say I had a friend replace the mirror and when he disabled it to replace it I got a call from Lexus stating they were alerted there was an issue with my mirror. That kind of prompt service is nice. No spare tire as the car has run flats- I haven’t had any issue yet but we’ll see how annoying that is when the time comes. I do drive a lot but I feel they are frequently calling me saying I need to rotate the tires. I’m not sure if this is a run flat thing or a Lexus thing. But it’s just annoying to schedule every couple months.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

2024 Lexus NX 350h review
I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

From the 1st phone call to the moment we drove our "new" car off the lot, James was friendly and made the car-buying process enjoyable. We never felt pressured, and they were very upfront about every detail. James even went above-and-beyond by helping us return the rental car we were in. Do yourself a favor and start your search @ CarMax!
2022 Lexus RX 350 review
Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Lexus of Louisville review
I have to say, buying a new vehicle has never been this enjoyable! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care — and that made all the difference. Khol, my salesman, was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and he walked me through every feature and option with patience and enthusiasm. Khol has a natural ability to make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. He made the selection process fun, stress-free, and exciting — exactly how buying a new vehicle should feel! Once we moved into the finance office, Jeanni continued that same incredible experience. She was thorough, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. Jeanni explained every detail of the paperwork clearly and made sure I fully understood everything before signing. There were no surprises, no confusing fine print — just honest, straightforward communication. Her warm personality and efficiency turned what is typically the most stressful part of the car-buying process into a completely smooth and comfortable experience. Together, Khol and Jeanni are a dream team. Their professionalism, positivity, and dedication to the customer created an experience I will not soon forget. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I cannot recommend them highly enough. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will absolutely be returning — and sending everyone I know their way! 10 out of 10 — thank you, Khol and Jeanni!

2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

2011 Lexus CT 200h review
2011 model at 155k miles, still drives like new. Getting average 49 mpg during warm months and 47 mpg during cold months. Never had any electrical or mechanical issues. Everything is still OEM parts including both traction and 12V batteries. Front brake pads still have about 1/2 of the original thickness. Synthetic oil every 10k miles and just following the regular recommended maintenance items like engine air filter, brake fluid, spark plugs, engine coolant and converter coolant. Soon will get a new set of tires for the 3rd time.

2026 Lexus NX 350h review
My first Lexus ever ,the car I traded in towards this NX350h Luxury model was a 2023 Toyota Venza Limited hybrid .Loved the car and the MPG on the Venza was top notch incredible in town mpg better than expected thus the reason I purchased the NX350h was hoping the hybrid MPG would be close to the MPG I got with the Venza.Have only 650 miles on it thus far and it’s doing extremely well with the MPG as well .Love the car and find it quieter and more comfortable and slightly more responsive than my 2023 Venza .Thus far My rating would be 10 Love The Car as much I was hoping I would .

2015 Lexus IS 250C review
Maybe I'm easy to please...but I doubt it. I bought this vehicle for my wife, and to be honest I tried driving it every chance I got. The hard top convertible is amazingly quiet, impressively functional (opened & closed in 7 seconds), and just all around amazing. I've never enjoyed driving a convrtible (road noise) until we purchased this vehicle. Great handling with the top up or down. Great product all around. We regret that we traded it in a couple of years ago. Should have kept it.

Unlimited MotorsReviews
Unlimited Motors review
Toby made the experience perfect! My husband and I watched the market for months before finding our ideal vehicle at Unlimited Motors. We had quite the commute and a busy home schedule that interfered with our availability to even get to the lot for a test drive. Toby was extremely accommodating in not only working out every detail in the agreement to fit our family's needs, but also in working around our schedules as much as possible to ensure we didn't lose out on the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. We have worked with many large dealerships all around Indiana but the experience at Unlimited was by far the most comfortable and trusting experience we have had so far. I highly recommend reaching out to Toby if you're in the market for a vehicle!
2013 Lexus LX 570 review
Timeless reliability and power when you need it as these trucks get older, you realize how well they are made. They only really need basic maintenance and every hundred thousand miles replace the plugs, the belts and all the juices and it will keep going as smooth as butter the only thing you wanna keep an eye on is the suspension however it is not a dealbreaker it can be dealt with with a proper technician. They will be going for another 50 years for sure.

My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!
2017 Lexus GS 350 review
I bought this 2017 GS 350 as my third GS I’ve owned. It is the best of the 3. I bought it new and had for 10 years. Still looks great and runs the same. I love driving it and will hate giving it up at some point as they no longer make them.
