Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

Best car exer - except cost cuts for 2017- no more leather and wood accents like thy were in my 2011 ES3500. Maybe next one will be more posh? ;-)

In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Initial contact was very prompt and put all the wheels in motion regarding an out of state purchase. The numbers for the sale were fair both with and without a trade. Plans changed and the deal was discontinued. Great people to work with.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

After seeing a vehicle on Cars.com at Paramount that I was interested in and sending an email, I was contacted by Paramount about that vehicle very quickly. It was difficult for me to arrange to come see the vehicle, so the salesman brought it to me at work! He drove around and told me more about the vehicle. He seemed very knowledgable about all sorts of vehicles. I am considering other vehicles in the area, but will definitely go back to Paramount if I see other vehicles listed that fit my criteria because I was so impressed with its willingness to go the extra mile (literally!) for a potential customer.

Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

I have wonderful experience especially as a first time buyer. I first reached out late on a Friday evening. The first car I was interested in was not in inventory. Fausto and Aaron communicated me regularly throughout the week to let me know they were trying to locate the car I was interested in. By wed it became apparent they were not able to. I reached out to other Honda dealerships in Phoenix and had a hit. I communicated with this dealership in Phoenix for a couple of days. We've owned our 2015 GS-350 F Sport AWD model for 10 years and have had zero issues. Drives great, looks great, perfect fit and finish and bulletproof reliability. The F Sport suspension has a rougher ride on bad roads but the tradeoff is great handling. The infotainment system is somewhat dated and takes some getting used to but the audio system is great. Interior materials are top notch and show no wear after 10 years. Paint still looks shiny and new. My local Lexus dealer told me they almost never get these GS350 models back on trades because the customers never want to trade them in and I have to agree!

I bought my Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Tucson and brought it in for service Friday September 20th the first time, Justin was fantastic. Car was done quick and he had it washed without me asking. I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

When we pulled into Tucson a few weeks ago from Ohio on an Friday our brakes begin to fail. I called them and they told me their service schedule was booked for the next three weeks but to drop the car off on Monday and they would work it into their schedule since it was a safety issue. By Tuesday they had it fixed under warranty and also did a full safety check I could not have been happier with their responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism. I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.
