Best car dealership ever. I have never purchased a used car, but the car I wanted is no longer made so new wasn't an option. Buick Cascada. We had a great experience with Barry! He took the time to understand our needs and work with us to figure out our options for purchasing the vehicle. We scheduled a test drive and during the test drive, he was friendly and made sure to inform us of everything we needed to know about the vehicle. We highly recommend this dealer and would use them again!

We have owned this car for about 14 months and it’s the best car we’ve ever owned. It is so quiet on the road. Lots of power too. So far it’s been reliable. Absolutely zero problems with it. Mileage is probably 26-30 mpg. I would definitely buy it again

Tameron Hyundai review
The best advice I can give anyone that is looking for a new Hyundai, make sure you go and talk to Mr. Matt Johnson at Tameron Hyundai!!! He will go above and beyond to do what every it takes to make sure you are taken care of. He will personally make sure you feel like family and not just a number unlike most of all the dealerships out there who are just trying to get numbers! He will take his time and listen to you to try and help you find that perfect car for you or your families need. Thank you so much Mr. Johnson for all your hard work!
2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Serra Toyota review
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy and the experience she gave our family! From beginning to end, she went completely above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. We weren't just another sale to her—she genuinely cared, kept us informed, answered every question, and treated us more like family than customers. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, but Amy made the entire experience exciting, easy, and incredibly special. Her kindness, patience, honesty, and attention to detail were unmatched. She worked so hard for us, and when we finally picked up our van, it was even more beautiful and perfect than we had imagined! What stands out most, though, isn't even the gorgeous vehicle we drove home in—it's how we were treated throughout the process. Amy is the kind of person you hope to meet when making a big purchase. She truly cares about the people she works with, and that is something you simply can't teach. If you're looking for someone who will listen to what you want, work hard for you, celebrate with you when it all comes together, and make you feel completely taken care of along the way, ASK FOR AMY! I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and would choose her again without hesitation. Thank you, Amy, for taking such wonderful care of our family and making this experience one we will always remember. We absolutely LOVE our new van and we will be back!
2024 Lexus NX 250 review
There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

Came in to check out a car that I saw listed online. Called this dealership and got an out of the door number and came in to pay that actual number. No gimmicks like other places such as Luxury Motors Birmingham. Luxury Motors Birmingham had the same car I was looking for but added extra money from what was listed online. When called out, they changed the price but it was still a lot higher than what was shown online. The guys at this dealership are here to make your life easy and aren’t changing the price from what you see online.
2019 Lexus IS 300 review
My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

2019 Lexus GX 460 review
We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.

Ian was very patient and helpful. He was also knowledgeable when showing me the features of the two cars I test drove.
2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! USE A FLIGHT guidance replica or similar to Mercedes or Jeep. sincerelyi ken gorski, El Paso, Texas 79912

I have had a long term relationship with the local Audi dealer which happens when the only cars you buy there have Rs in the badges. My buying experience there is now low key so it?s been a long time since I have had to negotiate a car in earnest. My son and I initially tried the local Honda dealer but they would not budge on a deal. Reminded me of why I hate buying cars. But Chris at Echopark made our experience seamless. Everything was laid out in clear fashion. No hot boxing in the managers office. Would highly recommend.
2019 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Birmingham BrokerReviews
Birmingham Broker review
Had seen several cars at Birmingham Broker while surging Cars.com. I reached out via text on a Saturday while they were closed and got an immediate response, answering all questions and scheduling an appointment for two hours later. When I arrived the car was pulled out, clean, and ready for test drive. Keith was very easy to work with, and in less than an hour we had completed the transaction, including financing through a local credit union. Highly recommend Birmingham Broker!
2015 Lexus RX 350 review
AT AGE 92, I NEEDED ANOTHER CAR EASY TO GET IN AND OUT, RELIABLE, SAFE, WITH MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES, AND AFFORDABLE. I FOUND A 2015 LEXUS RX350 WITH JUST OVER 70K MILES IN SUPURB CONDITION FOR 18,600K, IN FLORIDA. HAVE HAD IT FOR 9 WEEKS, AND IT IS THE BEST VALUE CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED, INCLUDING A BMW AND MB SUV.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ceasar while securing my new cargo van, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I reached out, Ceasar provided exceptional assistance and guidance throughout the entire process. Ceasar took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step. His professionalism and dedication to customer service truly stood out, making what could have been a stressful process smooth and straightforward. I highly recommend Ceasar to anyone looking for reliable assistance in purchasing a vehicle. Thank you, Ceasar, for your outstanding service!
2007 Lexus SC 430 review
Comfort, reliability, ageless. Just like a vintage bottle of wine. A keeper as long as you give a little TLC occasionally. This is the most underrated vehicle and well kept secret by a few proud owners. Every used SC430 on the currently on the road looks fantastic. I was surprised how good it was on gas, I have been averaging 23 MPG in a very comfortable ride. Keeping mine original and mint condition.
