This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life! From the time I entered the dealer I was greeted properly. I was offered water. I had an appointment. I found my advocate Alfredo for purchasing my car to be an exceptional guy. Anything I asked he was able to answer, and if he didnt have the answer got back to me and my wife quickly. We were happy with the overall outcome! Overall I would say it was a good lincoln expirence that you would expect. I would have gone 5 star but just a little snag in paperwork issues.
