I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! 2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

2022 Lincoln Nautilus review
My 3rd Lincoln 2016 MKX..2018 MKX..now a 2022 Nautilus .. the right size a 2 row SUV we live the 13" nav screen and it's technology... Quiet, comfortable and the twin turbo is remarkable .. forget a comparable Cadillac that's rated less then this cruiser etc.

The car rides and handles very well. Quiet ride, comfortable seats, plenty of room inside, legroom, headroom. Gas mileage is very good. It's a great value for your dollar. I would recommend this car to everyone.

I brought our 2017 Lincoln MKT into Service for an oil change and because I had a malfunctioning door latch. I had an appointment. Gabe Elias was wonderful. I waited a reasonable amount of time for the service. Gabe kept me informed of the progress. A week later the door latch again malfunctioned. I had an appointment to have the door looked at again. A reasonable amount of time before Gabe informed me that the latch was broken and he would have to order a new latch. Price was expensive for a smaller part but I advised Gabe that I had a Ford extended warranty on the vehicle. On his first call, Gabe was told the warranty did not apply, but I questioned him on the accuracy of the response. He made several additional calls and confirmed that the warranty did apply subject to my deductible. That cut the cost in half. Several days later the part arrived. I dropped off the car and at the end of the day it was ready. The cost to me was exactly what Gabe had quoted. I do not know if we would have received the warranty payment unless Gabe had persevered and kept researching its applicability. Took a lot of time, but was good result in the end. Gabe was excellent.

Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!
2024 Lincoln Nautilus review
Because of my age, 82, making a decision to transition from a traditional large sedan to a mid-sized SUV was a serious decision. It was also serious because this may be my last car of my lifetime. The 2024 Nautilus might be characterized as a young man's car. There is its extraordinary collection of technologies, its one-of-a-kind electronic wrap-around display system, and its multitude of new safety features. None of them are daunting to manage and none should overwhelm a senior driver. Lincoln did not substitute luxury with bells and whistles and neither did it sacrifice one bit of reliability with style. The Nautilus was purchased after comparing it to all of its head-to-head competition and there are no regrets. If this is to be my last car, so be it.

2020 Lincoln Nautilus review
The Nautilus is very surprising in both comfort, drivability, and power from the 2.7 engine. At 6'4 and over 300 lbs. I am very comfortable Driving it. Entry/ exiting the vehicle is great. It took me a while to read and learn about all of the buttons and knobs. I have only had this vehicle for four months but am very satisfied.

2021 Lincoln Nautilus review
So far I am happy with my Nautilus. I love the new technology available in the new SUV. I had owned a MKX for 14 years and never had any problems other than routine maintenance. I’m sure the new Nautilus will also be as reliable. I will always drive a Lincoln!!!

2020 Lincoln Nautilus review
If you are looking for Luxurious vehicle, the Lincoln Nautilis, 2.7 L hits all the marks. I was impressed with the quality of the ride and how quiet it is when driving. The 2.7 L has all the power you’ll ever need. It’s fast. The seats and interior are very comfortable and look great. We went with coffee interior. The sound system is unbelievable.. plenty of storage in the back and the automatic folding seats are a plus also many compliments on the roominess for passengers in the rear and the reclining rear seats are a hit. This is my second Lincoln, Nautilis did not disappoint. My previous car was a MKZ.

Gas mileage is better than what was estimated. Currently getting 21.6 in town. Only has 2200 miles on it so far, so no long trips yet. Interior is luxurious and super comfortable. I am shorter, 5'3" and I am actually able to see out and have not noticed many blind spots yet. So far I have no complaints and I am super happy with the purchase
