My husband & I went to Donnellvof Salem to purchase our 2nd Ford truck. Because of the excellent service we received for our 2010 F150, we knew we wanted to purchase a new 2018 tere also. Our sales consultant was very knowledgeable and treated us with courtesy, patience, and sometimes humor.
From start to finish, the team at Donnell Ford graciously accommodated my husband and I as we search for our perfect family vehicle. Not only did we get a fair amount for our trade, but they helped us lock in an a great interest rate. So far our Ford Explorer has exceeded our expectations! Everyone from salesperson, to finance, to general manager were very pleasant. There was no high pressure sales, which I very much appreciated. Gary paid attention to my ???wish list??? and worked to make sure I was satisfied. Jason and Jeff were very patient and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
I am very busy person and I didn’t and don’t have time to shop around for my next F 150. My search was over when I found 2016 F150 in Donnell Ford of Salem. The salesman Jason Murdock took time for me for almost half day negotiating and going over all my questions and concerns via text messaging. After lengthy conversation, I decided to visit the dealership same day. My new truck was washed up and ready for test drive. I had very good experience with Jason and Finance Department Manager Frank Acierno. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They went extra mile to deliver my new truck to my house (I live more than on hour away). I will definitely come back and refer to anyone who is in search for next car!

I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Klaben. They were able to get to my truck immediately and perform all the necessary maintenance while I waited. They took great care to ensure my truck stayed spotless. I most definitely trust them to make sure my truck stays road worthy and ready to go. I will not be going anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. Not to mention the employees are extremely personable!
Kala was wonderful to deal with, not your typical car dealership, no pushy sales people to worry about, didn't bother me when I called to ask if car was available. Made arrangements to go look at the 2017 Ford Explorer on a Saturday, never thinking I was going to be driving it home that day but I did. I went to lunch with my step mom and paperwork was ready when I came back for me to sign. Kala also helped me get the car seats our of my old car and put in my new car.
The car has an A/C issue right now but again Kala is handling it all for me, all I need to do is drop it off and pick it up.

The dealership was very responsive in reaching out to me about a used car I had inquired about. They set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day and were very flexible in seeing me close to closing time. Overall the dealership was ok, but the used car building definitely was not as nice as the Buick GMC dealership building. Overall they were quick with responses and although I didn't buy a car through them, they assisted me well in all my questions.
If zero stars was an option, that would better describe the service provided by this dealership. Not only did they make me an appointment for body work with a loaner vehicle and then tell me that I couldn't keep the loaner vehicle during the body service (because their body shop is in Cranberry....not sure what that has to do with anything) but also said they wouldn't be able to do the body work until the following week. To make everything even worse, when I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, I was told that the previous repair done by the dealership was terrible and would require more work and money to repair in order to fix the shoddy job. I bought a luxury car for a reason.....the first benefit if owning an Infiniti on the Infiniti USA website is service and courtesy vehicles.....neither of which this dealership provides. I will go out of my way in the future to never give business to any Cochran dealership and let everyone I know to do the same. The dealership has contacted me and is trying to make this right and being very accommodating. More to come.....
