I had a great overall experience with BMW of Gainesville. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. My salesperson AJ was excellent to work with very patient, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Dabari, the manager, was also extremely kind, understanding, and professional. He took the time to listen and made sure everything was handled properly. There were a few concerns that came up after delivery, but the team took care of everything very well and followed through until I was fully satisfied. The level of effort and customer care really stood out, and I’m very happy with how everything was resolved. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would confidently recommend BMW of Gainesville. AJ and Dabari are great people to work with.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Had a small issue but they took care of me. Picked my vehicle up from my place of employment and brought it back to me.

We love our XT5, it drives great and looks great. The only thing is the navigation. You have to plug in your cell phone to get it.

The dealership is very helpful, the personal service is great, especially Luis. I shall return next time I need work on my Dodge.

2004 jeep wrangler sport s 2 door. So far it is wonderful. Bought it just as a fun beach jeep but it has turned into our daily driver. Only problem is my wife wants to drive it all the time. She has claimed it as HER car. Guess I will need to just buy MY jeep.

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Oil change was done. It didn't leak after the filter was fixed. Facility was clean and the car was serviced in a good amount of time.

This truck is one of the best. I had a GMC before this and there is no comparison. I love this truck and will keep for long time.

When I first walked in, Brandenn and Harshene were very welcoming and professional, very upfront, fully transparent salesmen (and that’s hard to find) if I could find better words than “above and beyond” it wouldn’t do what they did for my family justice. I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Best mid size truck hands down!! Very reliable and handling is incredible. The V6 in this truck is a beast! Bullet proof!!!! Plenty of power for this truck 👍 it’s not a race car, it’s a beast of a 4X4 and has enough power to get the job done.

Love this car. I wish there was more to the interior though, as it is pretty plain and nothing extraordinary. If they had the bigger infotainment screen for the front bench seat it would have a gotten that one. This car over all is great bang for the buck.

People were very nice service was great, however they refuse to budge in their pricing so expect to pay what they ask.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

The experience was a positive one and they seemed honest. I had to take the car back after a few days for a simple repair that wasn't covered under the inspection. Overall, they are decent.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.
